The location of the hotel is amazing. We booked the room with the ocean view and didn't regret about it. The size of the room, the cleaness, the view were amazing. Breakfasts were incredible too with a huge amount of Western and Chinese food. The only 2 things whic we didn't like were that most of the staff don't speak English at all. And the second thing that our room was too far away from the elevator, we had to walk 200-250 meters. But I would recommend this hotel anyway.

An excellent hotel located on the shore in a beautiful bay. The number of people on the beach is very small, which allows you to enjoy a relaxing swim in the sea. Good service, there are staff who speak English, which is very rare, there is also an employee at the reception who speaks Russian and helps resolve issues. The room is cleaned twice a day, they bring water, clean towels, make the bed, and carefully arrange all hygiene items. The breakfasts are excellent, good choice, variety of fruits and even delicious coffee. The children were delighted with the children's club, every day they asked to go there to play, where you can leave the child to play on their own (but from a certain age). Every day we went to Dadonghai Bay, a taxi cost 12-15 ¥, the ride took 5-8 minutes. I can confidently recommend the hotel, guests will definitely be satisfied.

Excellent staying, greatly enjoyed the hotel service and hospitality. Clean bedding everyday, free drinks, clean water swimming pools, and an amazing beach.

The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was a little old and in need of repair but the service and staff was very good.

Nice hotel with fulfilling amenities

We loved staying here. Staff were attentive and friendly and we loved all of the facilities. Breakfast was the best we have had in a long time! The only reason we didn’t give a 5 for everything is because we are vegetarian and there wasn’t very much available in terms of food for us for lunch and dinner just carbs and not protein rich. A recommendation for the future would be to include more protein rich vegetarian options using quinoa, eggs, legumes or tofu.

the hotel is located on a beautiful beach, the hotel is excellent. I recommend it for a family vacation

the room is clean, service staffs are polite. the beach cannot go down to swim, can walk along the beach only.

It is a disappointing stay for my parents, I was checking in with my parents at 4pm plus on the day itself, upon check in, the receptionist gave my parents the garden view room which is far from the main lobby, and there is no ocean view. and it is a 20 mins walk for them to reach their room from e main lobby, even though there is shuttle service, but still need to climb a flight of steep stairs, I went back to the reception, to reflect that I booked the ocean view from level 5-7, the reception can only give me a room at level 3 in the main lobby with a very minimum ocean view. And the design of their lift lobby is very unfriendly, it is located at one end of the hotel block, if u happen to be given a room at e other end of the block, you will need to walk about 3-5 mins to get to the lift lobby.

Beautiful resort. Every staff was very kind and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Nice hotel and location. Unfortunately, few employees were able to speak English. That was very often a problem: check-in, restaurants, bars. In addition, the lifeguards were so annoying with their LOUD Walkitaki. We had to make them aware of making the parts quieter...

Before I arrived I am satisfied with the advanced calling for my preferences and it’s nice to add my butler’s Wechat in advance. However, my butler didn’t give me any greetings when I arrived at hotel and the some staff at front desk didn’t have good training when I check in because they didn’t remind me to verify my info and asked me to go back to the lobby to do that when I have arrived my room already actually my room was so far from the lobby!!! At night I found a black spot under my bed and housekeeper said its sesame I’m quite surprised for such big sesame… After I expressed my feelings to the duty mgr Mr. Hensen Feng, he patiently replied me for these terrible experience one by one and he offered me satisfactory solutions and these plans are creditable including the FnB vouchers. I admired that, simultaneously he communicated with his colleagues after my complaints right now and housekeeping department offered me a gift as compensation. As a member of IHG, although my experience was particularly terrible at the beginning of my journey, I stiil admired the mgr s and their high work efficiency and good service attitude .
