Building is huge, but no floor carpet in room. Dirty and old fashioned curtain. Even the wardrobes and other drawers are too old. Lake view is good. But all the glasses are too dirty. Lobbies are not safe for pedestrian, hazards exist. Being a Trip.com member we have been rewarded for "Late check out" but hotel administration totally denied to avail this reward, only until to pay additional charges. All concerned pictures also attached. Don't know, who is responsible for all of these, either Trip.com, to not provide complete details, OR the hotel itself? However, staff is cooperative

Air conditioning was a bit slow to work. Location convenient for train to airport.

Fantastic hotel! I heard it’s old, but they have very good maintenance. We enjoyed the location, which was a walk to some nearby restaurants. The pool was very nice to swim in as well.

I only stayed for one night. There are lot of options for breakfast. Quite an old hotel but not bad for the price.

The hotel is good value for money, the room was nice and spacious and is around a 20/25 minute walk to the beach, the pool is very nice and the staff are helpful.

The front desk staff and even the security guard were friendly, the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was clean. All in all, it was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Anytime I am in sanya for a business trip this is one of my go to hotels I love how the guests are so lovely and kind fell bad I didn’t take pictures of the hotel but it’s definitely a 5 star

Here we need to give a thumbs up to our duty manager. It is a pity that I forgot to ask his name. This is what happened. Yesterday, the swimming pool was temporarily closed in advance due to the typhoon problem. Because I like swimming very much and booked a room for the swimming pool, I was not allowed to swim according to the relevant regulations of the hotel at that time. When the manager learned about my situation, he coordinated with the relevant departments many times, asked the leaders and arranged security personnel to watch over me and let me swim for half an hour. The duty manager handled it flexibly and met the needs of customers without violating the hotel's rules and policies. If it were not for the manager's flexible handling, I would definitely have complaints about the hotel. I also hope that the hotel's leaders will encourage this manager.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation and close to the airport high-speed rail. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel is large and looks good. The restaurant has delicious dishes and the waiters are friendly. There is also an adult children's swimming pool and a children's sand pool outdoors. Very good.
