雖然酒店大堂距離房間稍遠了一點，但是酒店服務還是很值得點讚的！
尤其是今天冒雨從景點接到大堂，是超級點贊！
送的幾個景點的套票也不很不錯，非二打卡地也看了。
一點小遺憾是下大雨導致玉林飛漂沒有完成，就當是下次旅行的藉口吧。
總之，為酒店的服務點贊，值得推薦！

如果在三亞選擇入住不同酒店的話，強烈推薦鳥巢，除陽光和沙灘之外的不同體驗，尤其對小孩子，完全的浸入大自然對全家人都是難忘經歷。特別感謝酒店孫經理的真誠及專業的接待。

設施：總體設施都還可以，基本功能俱全，窗簾能換成電動的就更好了
衞生：在雨林裏，能有這樣的衞生已經挺好啦，房內幾乎沒有飛蟲，進出要注意關門
環境：雨林大環境還是挺好的
服務：服務總體響應及時，孫經理跟進的也很到位，特別好；如果酒店客房送餐能做到24小時就更好了

在蟲鳴鳥叫中醒來真的挺愜意，特別是夜晚下了場大雨，早上的空氣更加清新了，酒店的工作人員服務意識都很好，接駁車安排很及時，餐廳的味道也不錯，客服經理對接及時，瞭解需求後免費升級了房型，知道我來不及趕回去退房就幫忙延遲退房，整體來説還是挺滿意的

環境很好，小朋友的活動很多，小朋友玩水特別開心，基本上住進去之後日常需要的東西都能提供，非常方便。環境真的太美了，人間天堂，參觀了非2的拍攝地點，葛優這位演員也很喜歡。園區內的接駁車很方便，早餐非常豐盛。晚上去吃了泰餐廳，風景很好！沒出地點隨手一拍都出片。萌寵樂園孩子玩的也非常開心！孫經理也很熱情，服務很周到體貼，有什麼需要都會幫忙協調，提前聯繫問候以及安排房間，一次愉快的旅行！下次還選擇鳥巢！

服務非常好。就是房間中有些潮濕。餐廳雖然價格不菲，但是飯菜可口。隨房間贈送的景區遊玩很贊。房間就在景區中，玩兒起來很方便。
