Terrible hotel. The pool is closed from 11.30 to 4.30. We booked a mountain view room yet the only view we had was of a construction site. The door to the balcony wouldnt close so our room was full of mosquitos. We asked them three times to fix. They said they would but didnt. The sockets were falling out of the wall. First time we tried to get them to fix or change the room the answer was "all rooms are the same". Never apologized or tried to really help us. The lights on the door to ask for the room cleaning service dont work

The location is a bit far from the beach. The air conditioner is an old and located on the balcony, so you can easily hear a noise in the room when it works. The good thing that room was clean enough. Also, the room which I got didn’t have a good view outside.

A few unpleasant experiences that made me decide to ask for a refund for the last few days and take my business elsewhere. A few staff members seemed to have forgotten that you treat guests with respect and not like they are only giving you trouble. I informed the staff manager who dealt with the situation adequately. Hope there will be some reorganisations in the near future.

I booked this hotel on a whim. The price was so cheap online and it's the peak season now. I thought it would be a big disappointment. But it was surprisingly good. The lobby is big and there's a place to drink tea. It was too late when we arrived so we didn't take pictures of the room. The location is excellent. Zoey, the front desk lady, recommended many places to visit to me. The night market, the mall, Tianyuecheng, the duty-free shop, and the shuttle bus is also available... They are basically all very close. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night and didn't have much fun. Next time I will definitely recommend it to my friends to come with me. I have to give it a good review.
