The service is very good. I forgot to bring my bag but there was nothing lost and guys made a confirmation to return it to me.

It was good experience, but I arrived hotel at 10:00pm they give me different room with which i booked, they said no available room and second day will give me same my booking room , i booked sea view they give me swimming pool view , staff was polite, room was clean , breakfast was suitable for Chinese not very convenient for foreigners

The service was quite good, check-in was a little bit challenging due to misunderstanding about paying the deposit- it got resolved after a while- language barrier was the main issue. Nonetheless everything went well but had to call the cleaning service on the second day (no idea why it took so long for them to come through, anyways- cleaning was done). The staff at the reception is welcoming, very friendly and helpful with the luggage. All in all, the hotel is a very good spot I must say.

Great hotel. Across the street from the beach. It's family friendly, and you've got a lot of things for kids. The only thing that is a bit bad is the shape of the hotel. If you take a room with a view it will probably face the pool and the other wing of the hotel, so basically everybody from the other side can see you. So it kinda lacks privacy, but it's great! 🙃 Also, it is a bit noisy sometimes, there is a construction site across the street, but it's really not that bad. Overall, I recommend it primarily to families and everybody else surely won't regret. Needless to say that everything was nice and great. The staff barely speaks English, but they're using the translation app to communicate and they are very helpful.

Hotel locates at a strategic location and price is cheaper compared to the nearby hotels. The twin room is big and comfortable for two persons. Special thanks for the daily cleaning service provided by 燕 to keep the room clean and fresh.

Very convenient using Trip.com to book. Very satisfied. The hotel was better than I expected, will book the same one on my next trip to Sanya.

The room was nice and clean. We got a free minibar in the first day (2 cola and 2 sprite). We got other gifts from Trip.com but didnt use it because not enough time. The beach is near from the hotel just a few min walks. There were many restaurant near the hotel like KFC, Pizza hut, chinese food, etc.

We arrived at 11 am and could enter our rooms straight away. The reception staff was very helpful and we communicated well with the held of a translation app. The location is excellent, right across the beach. Despite being located on the main beach road, it was quiet at night. Perfect. Nice pool, too. We did not have any food a the hotel ,so I can't rate that. There is a supermarket just around the corner and a street with lots of lovely restaurants nearby.

Walking distance from the beach. Great staff. Facilities are dated but neat.

Right along the beach. Great location despite our view is facing another apartment. We love the fact that there are 3 double beds for 3 adults.

The staff here was knowledgeable and very helpful. As foreigners, they were able to help with arranging a medium private van tour, assist with making a call in China (did not have a local number) and accommadating to room changes due to our flight cancellation on day of departure. The rooms were clean but could do with a little updating. Great location as it was by the beach and lots of eating places nearby.

Average local brand. Did not opt for breakfast as there are eateries nearby
