Location is good in Sanya down town and near to the Daidonghai bay. Cross the main road to shopping the fruit shoping mall.

The location is perfect. The bedroom and the bathroom are full of humidity, you can’t breathe properly, most of the amenities were broken such as the door, the closet…Also we found a cockroach on the ceiling. We couldn’t sleep well the first night. We complained about it and luckily they gave us another room which was much better than the previous one, but I would never stay here during the Chinese New Year, the price was unreasonable for these conditions.

Very good location, close to the beach. The room was relatively clean (8/10), with toothbrush, clean towels, etc. However, the room itself is very old. The restaurant in the yard was noisy around 7am, but it was better after 9am.

The 30-square-meter room is very spacious, with a sofa, coffee table, desk, etc. The wardrobe is very large, the facilities are complete, and the service is civilized. The surrounding dining area is the Laobing Restaurant downstairs, which is affordable and reliable. It is only a few minutes away from the free open beach operated by the Dadonghai government to swim. The shopping supermarket downstairs is not expensive and has a wide variety of products. I am very satisfied in all aspects. I will stay here tonight, and I estimate that I will have to stay for four to five days after tomorrow.

The room is very dilapidated and full of mold smell. The basic facilities are not perfect. There is no toothbrush. This should be because the previous residents did not clean it after leaving. The electric kettle is broken. Call the waiter to replace it. The attitude was very bad. We said that the replacement was not required after the time limit (it was only after 11 o'clock at the time). The replacement could not be done until the next day. As a result, we had no water to drink all night and no toothbrushes to use. We wisely returned the money the next day. I checked into a hotel not far away that was much better and cheaper than this one.
