老闆態度熱情和善，在南山旁邊的村子裏，主要是為了離南山近，周邊便利店和吃飯方便。不過衞生和床等設施一般，比如301床吱嘎響，熱水器聲音較大等。不比公寓、民宿等，優勢就是方便，看你看重什麼，總的來説一般，不至於差評。

設施：吹風機
衞生：房間還行，但是衞生間水剛放出來很渾濁，兩天毛巾都有污漬
環境：空調聲吵得你睡不着，隔音差，位置較為偏僻
服務：連住兩天，第二天出去玩回來房間也沒收拾打掃

是一家小民宿，設施較齊全，有鍋碗瓢盆。周圍環境幽靜。但入住那天台風，襯風吵醒了。離南山入園門口有一點距離，但打車還是很方便的，十幾元即可。

床單被套很乾凈，離南山和大小洞天很近，路邊也有飯店，房子隔音很好，就是空調太吵了，不打空調蚊子咬，打了空調吵的睡不着！衞生條件也不錯！
