We booked two deluxe seaview rooms, which were comfortable and clean. The staff at check in were friendly and helped us with translation. We extended our stay here. Nice and relaxing with a lovely pool.

This hotel located at phoenix Island, phoenix island have 5 buildings looks same, we stayed in D building our hotel run by a small group hotel. All swimming pool without water 2star type The same island have phoenix resorts which run by professional hotel group with outdoor swimming pool, We are not allowed to enter in that pool, that’s only for phoenix resorts customers,

I got to live here after the hotel I booked originally cancelled while in the flight to Sanya. It isn’t a place I’d ordinarily stay in but it did the job- accommodated me. It’s called sky-view but was given the 7th floor. The walls are so thin so I could hear neighbors and their noisy children the entire 5 nights I was there. Check in was a nightmare. I was dropped in one building, took to another to check in and then taken to another to my room. The room’s keys were not available when I got to my door so I had wait, luggage and all. WiFi was immensely unstable by day 3. Thin pillows that I had to use the couch cushion as an auxiliary.

Internet services was bad, after requesting to fix, service was done next day,

Room on the 12th floor having very nice terrace with great view on the sea! The room itself though needs a renovation - e.g. scratched or dirty walls, broken tiles under the shower, lose towel hooks. Outdoor pool at our building was unfortunately closed so I cannot give any opinion on that.

It was amazing the views the scenery

The service is in place. The lady at the front desk is very nice and pretty.

The room is clean and sanitary, the sea view is OK, and there is a shuttle bus for travel, which is very convenient

The room environment is good and hygienic. It's close to the attractions and within easy reach. It's really great value for money.

I stayed for 20 days and booked for 25 days. I canceled early due to family matters, but the front desk still refunded the price at the high price! The room is huge! It's also very quiet!

The room is very cost-effective: the facilities are complete and complete, especially the bathtub on the terrace, which is romantic and warm. The terrace overlooks the close view of Phoenix Island Pier and the distant view of yachts in the bay day and night (the bright night view has a certain time period), with a wide view. It is recommended that all floors of the apartment be managed in a unified manner. The leasing companies do their own thing, and sometimes it is a bit troublesome to solve problems when they encounter them.

The location of Block E is really good, without any obstruction, the room is big and the facilities are OK
