入住洲際從來不會讓人失望。這次的管家小楊特別好，從辦理入住一直到我們離開全程都是有求必應，而且響應速度飛快，很貼心，大大提升入住體驗。酒店的小童遊樂項目的安排也很合理，孩子有的玩，又不會太累，特別好。

洲際服務挺好的，每位工作人員都會熱情的打招呼微笑服務。尤其是管家Lucas我們剛入住的時候就發來酒店設施的開放時間及位置，而且每天都會詢問是否有什麼需求或者有什麼意見，非常認真負責。房間很乾凈，視野也很好，躺在床上就能看日出非常棒。因為有一大片綠地，離沙灘有點距離，酒店有電瓶車可以接送很方便。早餐品種也豐富。總體來説洲際作為老牌連鎖酒店還是很不錯的。

房間很大，設施非常齊全。小童活動非常多，咱們第一天到地比較晚錯過了下午很多活動，第二天退房後也參加了椰子樹攀爬和做棉花糖的活動。還有大海龜、很多海魚可以看。送的旅拍很用心拍地很滿意！管家小楊入住前一天晚上就加好微信對接了，服務非常好。酒店還有家庭自行車、電動車可以玩，還有小火車。都是小孩喜歡的。比較適合上幼兒園的小朋友。
