No one shouts into the swearing speakers. Quite an authentic place, many different cafes with real Chinese cuisine, street food. Many shops and clubs for surfing lessons. The hotel itself is a little ascetic, but a chic comfortable bed, everything you need in the room. Friendly and very hospitable staff at the reception. I wrote to the hotel in advance on we chat, agreed on the transfer. The hotel was always in touch. The meeting took place without searching at the airport. The staff at the reception do not speak much English, mainly communicated on we chat, very convenient, since you can immediately translate there. All requests were always fulfilled promptly and quickly. The owner or hostess of the hotel replenished Alipay upon request, without commission. The reception staff installed Taobao on my phone and helped arrange delivery to the hotel reception, I was able to order something for work (30% cheaper than through AliExpress, delivery time to the hotel is 4 days). They always helped call a taxi through Alipay, which was cheaper than taking a car at the entrance to the village. Wi-Fi in the hotel itself and in the room works great. In general - I recommend! I decided to go to Houhai on a whim to experience the relaxation of the island. I chose a cost-effective homestay close to the beach. Except for the unstable hot water, everything else was good. I especially like the lemon tea at the door of the store, the perfumed lemon!

It was just that the B&B was in a village and you had to walk through a busy night market. It was not easy to walk on the stone brick road with a suitcase. The surrounding environment was quite noisy, but the room was thoughtfully equipped with earplugs.
