These apartments are an ideal option for a family holiday. 1. Gorgeous views from the room, 2. Projector for movies, 3. Kitchen for cooking, 4. One of the best beaches of Sanya is a couple of minutes walk away. We celebrated the New Year here and we got a lot of positive impressions! The service apartment was in a very bad condition. Toilet & bad room ceiling was leaking. Pots and other utensils in the kitchen were rosted. Kitchen was not useable. Mold was in most of the rooms and in bathrooms.The apartment was not cleaned before handing over to us. Electricity was not available on the first night . Technician had to come in the night to fix the electricity. The apartment representative promised to give us a different apartment after our second night. But didn’t honour her promise. We terminated our stay in the apartment and moved out after the third night. We had to pay a penalty equivalent to the price of one night before moving out of the apartment, although we informed the owner one day in advance. We were very disappointed!

When the baby left, he said he was reluctant to leave this home. The landlord is very good. Due to weather reasons, we checked out one day in advance and the room fee was refunded directly. Dadonghai is nearby, and the main road outside the campus can lead directly to Luhuitou Park. The homestay I chose has a sea view. The house has two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen, which is suitable for a family to live in when they go out for fun. It is convenient to travel, and there is a food street right outside the door.

This is not a hotel as they claim. These are apartments (apartment) there is a pool, but swimming is not allowed in it. The pool is open from 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm. And you can only swim in caps. What nonsense. We went to the neighboring houses (3 minutes walk) there they let you in without any hassle. In principle, now you could rent a room at the Intaim hotel for that price.

Stayed for two days. The next door was renovated for two days. I booked a nice room, but was taken to another one. The homepage advertised a beautiful room. When I clicked on the pictures, there were photos of another room. The styles of the two rooms were very different. I chose Mianmian based on the reviews, but I was taken to an ugly and unclean room. There were dirty stains on the sofa cover. I wanted to cook in the kitchen I originally planned, but it was not clean enough, so I didn't cook. The service lady was okay, very gentle, and let us rest for a while. Thank you, but you should still look at the room and don't be fooled by word games.

The room is average, except for the reception butler who is nice, the rest is hard to describe. The toilet smells, and the bed in the second bedroom makes the elderly have back pain when sleeping
