Four Seasons Ocean Courtyard Hotel Sanya

I was very satisfied with the staff. Their attitude was excellent. The cleaning lady, Auntie No. 12 from housekeeping, was very meticulous and thorough with her daily cleaning. I really appreciate her help. The other hotel staff were also very welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable.

I loved the service here, especially a big thanks to room attendant #13! She was incredibly diligent and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!

This is my umpteenth time staying at the Four Seasons Haiting Hotel. Whenever I visit Sanya, I always try out a few different hotels, and besides the beachfront resorts, the Four Seasons Haiting Hotel is always my top choice because it offers incredible value for money. This time, Mr. Li at the front desk left a lasting impression on me – he was incredibly warm, attentive, and had excellent emotional intelligence. He communicated with guests genuinely, without any perfunctory responses, and even my elderly family members expressed their sincere gratitude to him. What I noticed this trip was how few Chinese guests there were and how many Russians; during meal times, I honestly felt like I was abroad! The hotel is just as good as ever, the service remains excellent, the rooms are well-maintained, and the breakfast is great value.

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was tidied daily. Although the hotel is a bit older, I was completely satisfied with everything. The front desk staff were very welcoming and responded promptly to any requests. Housekeeping Auntie #12 was also very friendly and provided excellent service.

It was so hot in Sanya that I just wanted to stay in the hotel room. The air conditioning was excellent, even a bit too cold on a higher setting. Choosing this hotel was a great decision; the price was reasonable, and the room was very satisfying. The bedding was clean and tidy. The pool was quite busy, mostly with foreign guests. I especially want to thank the lobby manager, Robert, for helping me find my lost glasses – he was diligent and truly dedicated to guest service. The housekeeping staff were also very thoughtful, promptly replenishing towels and bottled water in my room whenever needed. Check-out was quick and efficient, with no waiting for room inspection. I was very pleased with this stay!

Considering the price comparison, Four Seasons Haiting Hotel definitely deserves at least a nine out of ten. The price isn't high, the environment is great, the service is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The swimming pool and gym are both very clean and tidy, and the gym equipment is brand new. I really liked the shower in the room and the large bathtub on the balcony; the water pressure was strong, making for a refreshing shower. Van, the young man at the lobby, was professional and efficient. He handled my check-in very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Excellent experience!

This is a courtyard-style hotel, beautifully situated halfway up the mountain. Robert checked us in with excellent and incredibly patient service, explaining all the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. I was extremely pleased with the room upon entering; it was wonderfully cool and comfortable because the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. The room was also very spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Any service we needed was promptly delivered by staff, and even our takeaways were brought to the room by a robot! The hotel felt very safe and secure. I saw a swimming pool below my room, but unfortunately, my itinerary was too packed to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
