I came to Sanya for 8 days and experienced the best homestay hidden in the world. The accommodation environment is super good, the bedding is very comfortable, the room is very clean and tidy, the boss is very tasteful and the decoration style is very unique, the bathroom shampoo conditioner shower gel is also branded, the configuration is very complete, The customer service lady has questions and answers. Considering everything, the West Island Raiders sent in advance, according to the customer service lady's guide, do not step on the pit, a great homestay, it is very convenient to go out to eat snacks, very close to the beach, you can walk, the water in the West Island is very clear every day. The room is large and clean. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and right next to a food street that has good seafood and bbq options which are affordable and delicious. The hotel also had some small convenience stores in the lobby which were very helpful. The breakfast is not great, to be honest. But this is still a great choice for a large, clean room in a great location for a very good price and a nice pool. We had an excellent stay and view from our balcony! We will be back!

This hotel is nice for being closer to the airport especially on your last night in Sanya. The service is good and friendly. They helped us a lot. We got a free upgrade to sea view. Pool is a little small and must wear a cap which is the only I don’t like.

Location is good, there is a light rail train station in front which offers easy access to the downtown shopping district. it also links to the Sanya train station. The beach front is about 500m away. However the surrounding area is noisy due to construction work near by. During our stay we experienced 2 black out due to power break down, each lasted about 3-4 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful.

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

3 nights stay with my family , it’s an amazing hotel . I would go highly recommend for those going to Sanya for holiday with family. You don’t have to worry about your kids doesn’t have nice food or entertainment . These hotel facilities are well maintained . Overall experience very great . Definitely I will be going back there with my family again. Specially thanks to Jessica and Grace as they very helpful and taking care on our daily arrangement . Again, thank you to both of you .

It was the first time for me to stay in a hotel with my child in the New Year. I chose Aranya, which has a large outdoor lawn. Before I checked in, Manager Sumi Wu called me to upgrade the room for us and arrange the baby's birthday decoration. I was really surprised when I entered the room yesterday. Even if it was just a cake, I would have been very happy and grateful. There were printed photos, handwritten cards, balloons and banners (the scene was comparable to a proposal!) During the stay, Manager Wu also took care of us meticulously and kept confirming if there were any other needs. Even the service after check-out was impeccable. Really, this is the first time I feel that the check-in experience is so good because of a staff member of the hotel. Thanks again Sumi🙏🏻 p.s. The only flaw is that the flushing sound of the toilet is really loud. I dare not go to the toilet in the middle of the night for fear of waking up the child😂

The hotel was not open to the public before, but now it is open to the public. It is located in the mountain above the Banling Reservoir. It is rich in negative oxygen ions. It is not hot and there are no mosquitoes. The most important thing is that the hotel rooms are very new as shown in the picture, and there is an independent soaking pool. It is very clean. The water released by the real hot spring still has minerals. I bring an elderly child and a baby, which is suitable for this niche hotel. There is a dedicated butler on WeChat to contact you. Meals can be delivered to the room. There may be 10 or so guests staying on the same day. The guy at the front desk, Huang Jin, is very enthusiastic. There are roads repaired in the mountains, and the rain is full of mud. I’m afraid we can’t find them, so I’ll go down the mountain to pick them up. I’ll choose this place next time.
