Absolute Perfect Stay
Casa dos Corrreios was absolutely a delight to stay at. The host was so lovely and welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant. The hotel is a newly renovated post office and was beautifully designed. It is so cute, clean and comfortable. The beddings and towels were top quality and all necessary amenities were provided. It’s also perfectly located in the city center and just 7mins walk from some gorgeous views of the river and waterfalls. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I visit Vila Real again

We loved staying at Casa dos Correios! Our room was so cute, clean, and fully stocked with necessities. Paulo was a wonderful host! We enjoyed hearing about the property and the art parts of the old post office!

If I could give CDC 10 stars, I would. Everything about this boutique hotel is perfect: sweet owner (who became our friend), clean & beautiful rooms, fantastic common courtyard, kitchen & grounds. CDC is a GEM!!!

Gostei muito do feedback por parte do alojamento, pois reservei muito em cima da hora limite de Check in , através do Booking, mas foi tudo muito prático, com as instruções todas. Alojamento bem no centro de Vila Real, quarto confortável, toalhas de banho deliciosas, um duche fantástico! Sem conhecer a pessoa do alojamento ficou uma excelente impressão, muito simpático!

The owner, Paulo, has done a sympathetic and artistic conversion of the old post office in Vila Real. Everything is done to a high standard. The four suites are spacious, each with microwave, fridge and small sink. There is a separate kitchen shared between the suites with full sized oven, dishwasher, luxury coffee machine. We had the green suite which had small sofa and chair plus dining table and chairs. All pristine and fresh. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Estuvimos recientemente 3 noches y estamos deseando volver. El hotel forma parte del edificio de Correos, en la preciosa Vila Real. Tiene sólo 4 habitaciones, lo que hace que sea muy tranquilo y con una atención selecta. Tan sólo hace cinco meses que lo han inaugurado, por lo que todo está en perfecto estado y súper nuevo. Está decorado con un gusto increíble. Se nota cariño en todos los detalles. El dueño (Paulo) aporta un plus de calidad con las explicaciones sobre la reforma del hotel, la información sobre lugares para visitar en la zona y la enorme sensibilidad y profesionalidad que muestra en todo lo que hace o dice. La habitación, maravillosa. Amplia. Cómoda. Luminosa. Una fusión perfecta entre modernidad y tradición. Gel de ducha y productos de higiene, de súper calidad. Toallas de baño, insuperables. Microondas, nevera e incluso un pequeño lavamanos en la habitación. Desayuno con productos delicatessen de la zona y alguna que otra sorpresa riquísima. Muy bien situado y mil cosas más. Totalmente recomendable. Lo dicho, toda una experiencia de calidad que no te puedes perder.

Beautiful newly converted hotel with a half dozen rooms. It’s nicely renovated with a common kitchen with complimentary coffee and teas. The shower and air conditioning work great as well. The room we reserved has two bunk beds for smaller kids. The rooms look just like the photos. We were the second people to rent the room. Logistically the host meets you at the front door and gives you the door code which you use for the front door as well as the door to your room. Overall an elevated experience!
