The recent arrival of this Dunas Park Group to “manage” Naturarte Campo is terrible news. Much more expensive prices - almost double, degradation in the quality of service and products and a defrauded stay for those, like me, who have known the house for several years. With the same rooms costing almost 200 euros per night, breakfast is now a supposed “self service” where not even the tables are set. Whoever wants it to happen tomorrow. Anyone who likes orange juice should do so and if they want to eat it, pick up cutlery and plates. As for the quality of the products available for breakfast, there is less variety and lower quality. At the same level what happens in the bathrooms of the rooms! Products as cheap as possible, between a tiny soap and a shampoo like a sugar packet. Be equally careful with what you reserve and what you have upon arrival. With a supposed 5% discount, I paid 376 euros for each room - two nights - over the weekend and when I arrived, two of the rooms were smaller and were in a group with a single common access door to a landing. The two complaints and the obvious reasons given were of no use! In other words, I had a pig in a poke. A feather! Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience with this Dunas Park Group - I once fell into the trap of a completely run-down “hotel” in Milfontes and now it is feared that this is the path to a space as beautiful and welcoming as it was. the Naturarte Campo. I repeat: a shame! Here's a warning...
