It takes an hour to wait for hot water. The elevator used by hotel guests has to wait for a long time. There is no response at all when pressing the button. It is faster to take the internal elevator, but there is no air conditioning. The hotel room smells great

It's great, facing the sea.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Comfortable rooms, very complete breakfast. We will definitely stay here when we come to São Luís again.

The hotel is wonderful. Only the room we stayed in has a small problem on the wet floor.

It’s very nice! The breakfast is very good and The rooms are in front of the beach! We Had good time there. The swimming polo is beautiful and The lobby / bar os in front of the beach. It’s amazing! O Thunderbolt is The Best hotel in Dao Luís

Fantastic hotel right at the beach. Great modern facilities, super friendly staff not interested in reception but also housekeeping and staff working I the breakfast restaurant. Comfortable bed with 2 different pillows, spacious bathroom with nice amenities provided. Spent the first and last night of our week in Maranhão here and would come back/recommend to anyone. Breakfast was superb with plenty of variety to cover all tastes. Special kudos to the recycling unit in the reception area. It would be good to see this initiative expanded to other areas of the hotel. Swimming pool with a bar, enough sun loungers - overall relaxing and enjoyable.

This Hotel is being used to quarantine Indian crew members from ships who have tested positive. They are not allowed out of the Hotdl but are free to roam in public spaces, Elevators and Restaurant, this is madness. A shame as the hotel otherwise is good and breakfast options good

This is basically beach front (though not the best beach in the world, the view is nice). Decent infrastructure and excellent cost benefit. Room is spacious, beds comfortable, good water pressure in the bathroom. My bathroom sink was slightly clogged though. Air conditioner in the room worked very well. Breakfast was well served in a spacious restaurant with many things to chose from. Elevators also worked well.

It is 2nights and 3days tour. My experience with WBTDC is very good. 1. Toure coordinator = very helpful. 2.Hotel staff n room = very good. 3.Food = As a bengali iam very happy . Quality n quantity both maintained very good . Finally when you calculate tour cost you will feel it is worthy. Overall experience is good. Looking for next package tour with same operator.

These are the things wrong during our last stay at Luzeiros in São Luís, Maranhão: * Check in process: We arrived at 1pm and it took 1 hour to go through the check-in line. Another 25 minutes to actually do the check-in. The reason, you may ask? The attendant kept getting on the phone and going in and out of their office during our interaction. Our room wasn’t ready so we waited another hour. I asked if we had to go back in line to pick up the key. He said now. When we returned, he sent us to the line. * Room: We had the executive suite, so we expected top line service. Instead, we had to wipe down all surfaces once we saw that both night stands has sticky stains on them, from what we think were drinks (we hope so). Every wipe we used ended up brown with dust/dirt. * Front desk service/bellmen service: We asked the front desk if we needed to bring our own luggage and they said no that the bellmen would bring up. We go up to the room to wait. Fifteen minutes passed by. Then thirty. I call the front desk, no answer. I call housekeeping, no answer. I call room service, no answer. I call my aunt to see if she can get a hold of them, so she calls from her own phone. They answer right away. She complains that we still have not received our luggage and that this is outrageous. We received our luggage 5 minutes later. No apologies from the Front Desk. * Elevator: No AC - just two vents blowing hot air as you fight to get your room key to be scanned by the elevator machine so you can press your number. If your card doesn’t work, you have to stand on the side and ask for a new one. * Hallways and public bathroom in lobby: No AC. Just enjoy the walk in these steamy common areas. * Food: We had lunch while we waited for our food. The buffet had left-over, dried up food that had no taste and was chewy. The waiters all congregated around the cash register as people waited in line to pay their checks. When not there, they would run back to the kitchen. I had to go the kitchen to order our drinks. The waiter brought our drinks and never came back. * Room service food: All their appetizers were salty but good. We ordered food with the pre-authorization to charge to our room. One of the attendants forced my husband to pay when she delivered the food. After calling the front desk 3 times to let them know, they finally answered and the issued was resolved. We tried to eat the food but the chicken soup and the strogonoff we’re sour, like they’ve gone back. We ate a little of their white rice and ask for a refund. That took another 40 minutes. We ordered 2 breakfasts orders on our last day for 4 people. I told them on the phone. They sent all quantities for 2 people. I felt defeated so I didn’t have energy to complain. Um hotel bem localizado, com um ótimo serviço, boa comida (buffet de jantar, café da manhã e serviço de quarto), excelente academia e piscina. A vista para a praia é muito bonita. O custo benefício é muito bom e por isso recomendo. Creio que seja o melhor de São Luiz!

Fiz a reserva do Luzeiros vendo que se tratava de um hotel de alto nível, e ao chegar lá, vi que era ainda melhor do que eu esperava! Os funcionários, especialmente o Carlos da recepção, foram bastante educados e prestativos com minha estadia, pois precisei demandar algumas coisas. O hotel tem excelentes instalações, bonitas e modernas, pé direito bem alto, com bom restaurante, o café da manhã então, nem se fala, é um espetáculo de tão bom, farto e de qualidade, e ainda melhor, o salão não ficava cheio. A piscina é uma maravilha a parte, muito boa e com sol quase o dia todo, era uma das minhas atividade preferidas! Também gostei muito da localização, pertinho do começo da Orla da Litorânea, boa para quem quer passear pela praia ou jantar nos quiosques. Os quartos são de tamanho bom e adequado, com bastante tomada para carregar aparelhos. O banheiro tem um tamanho muito bom e uma ducha deliciosa e revigorante. Até o sabonete e o shampoo são de ótima qualidade! Achei que a internet funciona bem o suficiente (ao menos para mim). Um ponto que não gostei tanto é o ar condicionado que é meio barulhento. Mas o ponto negativo mesmo fica por conta dos elevadores. Um prédio de 14 andares e zilhões de quartos precisaria ter uns 10 elevadores para dar conta, mas o hotel tem apenas 2. Então é preciso ter muita paciência, pois eles demoram e estão sempre cheios e disputados. De uma forma geral, eu gostei demais do hotel e me hospedaria novamente com todo prazer!

Hotel encantador com perfeita infraestrutura, quartos grandes e confortáveis, funcionários gentis e educados prontos a atender qualquer necessidade! Excelente localização, próximo à praia, bares e restaurantes. Excelente café da manhã. Restaurante e área de lazer maravilhosos!
