Teve partes positivas e negativas. Quartos bons, preço relativamente bom e local limpo. O café da manhã é pouco diverso. Senti falta de sucos regionais. A Educação de algumas funcionárias deixou a desejar. Durante o café não haviam xícaras suficientes e minha amiga pediu uma, e ouviu bem quando uma funcionária disse para outra que não era mais para colocar ou seja não repor. Meu amigo teve que ir lá e lavar ele mesmo uma xícara para ele poder usar. Sendo um serviço pago por nós, achei um absurdo. Foi deselegante e senti vergonha, pois meus amigos estavam no MA pela primeira vez para ver tamanha falta de educação. Ainda haviam várias pessoas para tomar café e ainda estava dentro do horário, ainda assim não foram disponibilizadas mais canecas nem copos. O suco de laranja parecia artificial e com aspectos de laranjas estragadas, tivemos a impressão que estava misturado. Fica a dica de treinar estas funcionárias para recepcionar os clientes com mais respeito, afinal fomos todos bem educados. Fora essa questão o local é muito bom, bonito e aconchegante.

Estava um pouco suja, lençóis e toalhas aparentemente já utilizados. Toalhas pedi outra, pois a que estava no quarto estava com várias manchas, de novo, aparentemente sujas.
Sobre a cama, conforto básico, colchão muito mole.
O quarto de frente para a rua, muito barulhento, mesmo que não passe carro por ser área de tombo, uma zona na rua
TV não ligou, chamei o profissional e sequer conseguiu ajudar.
Muitas escadas para subir e descer com malas.
Enfim, muita propaganda, foros muito diferentes do real.

O local é péssimo. Quando cheguei no quarto, vi que as condições de higiene eram péssimas, acabei pedindo outro quarto. A pousada estava passando por reformas com muita poeira, a sensação que dá é que eles não tem zelo pela limpeza tampouco padrão de qualidade. Lamento muitíssimo por ter que dizer tais coisas... o objetivo é que a partir destas avaliações melhorem o padrão de atendimento.

My Niece and I only stayed here 1 night, old saying, "you pays your money, you takes your choice, pictures make it look grand, maybe many years ago! as for staff speaking French/English etc etc, they must have all been off. Put in a wash to be done, had to ask 4 times when it would be ready, as we were checking out, came back WET, and found out later that Traveling towel was missing. If you want cheap local. this is for you.

Absolutamente horrível! As fotos do quarto luxo são pura enganação. Não existe esse quarto com 3 janelas.
A cozinha onde toma o café tem cheiro de barata.
As colaboradoras são absolutamente mal educadas, exceto o recepcionista. Minha esposa foi pedir ovos mexidos, e a funcionária disse estar se paciência...
4 dias e em apenas 1 fizeram a limpeza do quarto.
Não recomendo em hipótese alguma, nem se for sua última opção.
Absolutamente péssimo. Um estrangeiro proprietário que certamente está zombando de nós brasileiros. Não consigo pensar em algo diferente disso.

Pousada Portas da Amazônia was a nice experience in the historical area of São Luís. It was great to stay here and see the historical part of the city. The food served was good and the pousada had a lot of historical details. There are a lot of options within walking distance to eat, shop, and other activities. We loved seeing the history from the city firsthand.

Experiência legal pois o quarto é todo retrô apesar de tudo antigo e mesmo centro no Centrinho o barulho foi super ok para dormir.
A melhorar: atendimento bem razóavel.Ficar pagando a cada item de consumo na recepção impede o hóspede de consumir. Pq não fazer como TODOS os hoteis onde vc paga no check out?
Papel higiênico parece uma lixa - horrível. Tampa da privada menor que o vaso e sabonete vc tem que pagar. Paguei mais 300 na diária e fica dificil imaginar que pagando isso não dá pra incluir um sabonete barato no quarto, pequeno como qqer hotel...
