I was particularly touched by welcoming personalized note I found in my room, coming from Bruna Parreira, Reservations Assistant Senior. She took note of info on circonstances of my arrival I communicated to her by phone upon reservation (in fact, I was travelling alone because my family had to cancel their trip at last moment because of Covid restrictions). So she was so kind to cheer me up and left some Brazilian sweets to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you so much, Bruna, for being highly professional and so kind as a person. Thanks very much, charming Vanessa at reception desk, for your detailed info concerning local good addresses and for helping me to orient myself in your amazing city. Check-in delayed and bad, they didn't find confirmation of Tripp's reservation and I asked for the reservation in the app of Trip apartment adapted to my 83-year-old aunt with comorbidities, I had no request, we had to show the voucher several times, Only after I found the receipt in the application is that they confirmed!
