It was our first time staying at the Qoya Hotel. My friends and I have the habit of taking one day a month to "rest" without our families.
It was a very peaceful, comfortable and peaceful moment.
Excellent bed linens, location close to everything we needed.
Felipe and Francisco took great care of us. The breakfast was also very tasty.
We hope to become regular guests! Oh! And of course, we were able to make the reservation through the TRIP website. Although I don't understand why three of my cards weren't approved (?), in the end, everything went well.
It's a shame that the view we had was of a building that prevented us from leaving the curtains completely open, as we felt quite exposed.
Otherwise, we just enjoyed ourselves!

Very good stay. Best personalized service I’d ever experienced, provided by Ananda! We were celebrating our first marriage anniversary and everything went very well and peacefully. We really enjoyed. The breakfast was incredible too.

Excelente estadia no Qoya. Todos muito atenciosos e solicitos. Estava com minhas duas filhas, bebês que foram extremamente bem vindas e recepcionadas no hotel: desde o cuidado ao montar o berço até o cuidado e carinho com elas. Com certeza na próxima ida a SP ficaremos novamente no Qoya. Sem falar no café da manhã delicioso e atenção da Ananda e toda equipe!

A qualidade do hotel, dos materiais do quarto e a simpatia e hospitalidade de todos foi acima da média. Um ótimo café da manhã, restaurante de qualidade e uma boa opção de itens. O hotel é muito bem localizado, a uma quadra da Av Paulista. A limpeza e manutenção muito boas. Achei um ótimo custo/beneficio.

Não existe equipe igual, são todos maravilhosos em todos os setores. Os quartos também são super confortáveis e com excelente isolamento acústico. Um super café da manhã com várias opções . Quanto a localização do hotel, fantástica. Eu recomento para trabalho e lazer.

Excellent space. The service was impeccable, from the concierge through to restaurant. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with Bvlgari amenities. Each AM we had water delivered to the room and PM chocolates and a hand written note. Room had a foot spa with baths salts and herbs, lush robe and slippers. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. Not a huge selection as they chose quality over quantity. There were also breakfast options to have items cooked for us, for no additional cost. 10/10!!

The Qoys team is amazing and certainly the best part of the stay. After them the room is incredible, with a big smart tv, geat shower, Also breakfast and the thurday night with a piano makes a diference in stay at Qoya. I loved the club Sandwich that are a genuine club sandwich by Hilton! The acurate service at the restaurant improve the experience and send us in perfect night with piano and food!
