Bem localizado e espaçoso, mas muito sujo.
Roupas cama/banho usados e a mobília empoeirada e engordurada, o piso e a varanda todo sujo.
Colchão quebrado e remendado com alumínio, cheio de buracos, sem condição de dormir.

Well located and spacious, but very dirty.
Used bed/bath linens and dusty and greasy furniture, the floor and balcony were dirty.
Mattress broken and patched with aluminum, full of holes, unsuitable for sleeping.
