It's conveniently located within walking distance of Paulista Avenue. Overall, I'm satisfied. São Paulo is a big city, so I chose this hotel because it was close to a park and surrounded by greenery. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was larger than it looked in the photos, and it was nice that it had a kitchen and dining table. I didn't use it, but the gym was spacious and well-equipped.
On the negative side, the pool water quality was poor, and the taxi to the airport recommended by the hotel was twice the price of an Uber taxi. The hotel also seemed older than it looked in the photos.

Good enough
Aged property that is maintained well enough with amenities and location that make this property worth real consideration.
This is the antithesis of fancy and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great place
Good size room, great location as easy walking distance to a number of sights plus restaurants . Nice rooftop pool and very well equipped gym. Easy check in. Very clean.

It is well located and close to Paulista avenue. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious.
However the building is very old and noise is everywhere as it’s not insulated at all. This is not a normal hotel as many people live there as they work in the city. The units are studio style. The building has construction work underway and you can’t take any rest. I walked downstairs and I complained couple of times to the receptionist that I paid a good price for my stay while I had other choices to book and I can’t even rest! She said she will find another room then she called me after 2 minutes saying there is no other room available but she will refund one night out of my 3 booked nights there to show courtesy!!! I haven’t received anything …
The staff seems to be are very unhappy from their job and no one is trying to help out!

Very noisy place, very loud construction all the time. Poor WiFi service, extremely rude, unhelpful front desk staff. Terrible music selection throughout the property and poolside. I loved the location, the view and the restaurant. A 3 stars hotel.
