環境衞生都可以，離Faria Lima不遠。房間設施齊全，滿足基本需求。酒店人員服務非常好，早餐豐富好吃。推薦大家入住。

The sanitation is good and it's not far from Faria Lima. The rooms are fully equipped to meet basic needs. The hotel staff service is very good and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Recommended for everyone to stay.

Gostei muito do hotel, localização, atendimento e comodidades, apenas a ducha (maravilhosa) que estava chatinha pra regular a temperatura.
Como fiquei apenas uma diária, nem houve tempo de alertar sobre.

I really liked the hotel, location, service and amenities, just the shower (wonderful) which was difficult to regulate the temperature.
As I only stayed for one night, there wasn't even time to warn about it.

Positive point: Location, service, room, breakfast, cleaning and organization.Negative point: The hotel has parking, however, I had to pay the daily for the period. At the reception they do not warn on the check-in on this daily charge, only being informed on the check-out. It should be noted that the parking is of the hotel, as mentioned above, and the justification for administration by third-party company is not plausible.

I had previously complained about the Internet because it was not possible to work, and now the Internet is very good, and I also complained about the security to ask for the second way of the access card, and they have now implemented an access system for lifts.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable, very close to the Eldorado shopping centre, easy access to various tourist sites in the city. Special praise to André, the night receptionist, whose work is perfect.
