The surrounding area is a relatively safe place in São Paulo. You can also hang out below the hotel at night. There are many restaurants around, especially the hamburger restaurant opposite the hotel, which is super good. I love it.

It would be nice if the front desk staff could speak English.

Ficamos nesse hotel em duas oportunidades diferentes e notamos que os quartos não seguiram o mesmo padrão. Na segunda passagem pelo hotel, inclusive, o quarto foi preparado apenas com dois travesseiros, sendo que o que ficou comigo era péssimo, o que me fez ter uma noite de sono ruim. Cama razoavelmente confortável e chuveiro bom, todavia sem espaço para colocar os produtos de banho dentro do box. Elevadores pequenos e lentos. Recepção pouco simpática. Ponto positivo é o café da manhã que é servido em um restaurante em outro prédio e também a localização para quem tem compromisso em Moema.
