酒店環境還不錯 房間挺大 服務也好 就是語言不太通 而且吃食問了 也沒有説清楚是否收費 結果退房的時候要收費。。

不能提前取消一晚或者換時間，售後服務不行。攜程的巴西代理服務也不行，當地的代理公司居然連葡萄牙語都不會，還説酒店客房部不會説英文，溝通不了，讓客户自己去溝通，去到酒店前台又説衹能讓當地代理溝通，説客房部的都會英語的，大無語，簡直就是忽悠人。。。提前2天提出訴求反饋，白浪費溝通時間，根本就不想處理，代理和酒店硬生生多收一晚上的費用。
一點都不推薦去這家酒店，設施都是上個世紀的，門吱呀吱呀的響，空調聲音也很大，一直像水煮開了的聲音，電梯卡殼，速度又慢，還會突然往下掉一下，怪嚇人。

The room is hygienic and clean, with complete supporting facilities, including a hair dryer and an iron. However, you need to bring your own adapter. There are no napkins and drinking water in the room. The mineral water is not free and expensive. The hotel breakfast is okay.
