Friendly service and always clean. There were no snags with registration.

The price is relatively expensive, and the surrounding area is close to a popular restaurant street. You can also walk to St. Paul's Cathedral.

Very good hotel. Clean and well maintained, the structure is old but if it is clean, well looked after and maintenance is carried out (which is the case) then everything is fine. Congratulations.

I loved the hotel, location, cleanliness, room, everything was perfect, receptionist Anderson was friendly.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, pertinho de tudo. Estava muito limpo, chuveiro muito bom, e fui muito bem atendida por todos. O café da manhã é muito gostoso. Voltarei com certeza!

Front desk was great. They all spoke some English which really helped.

Good hotel, attentive staff, bright bed and bath linen. Good and satisfying breakfast (with more than 3 fruits, cold cuts, cakes, eggs, sausage, savory pie, yogurt, bread, juices...) everything was delicious. Old bathroom, but nothing dissapointing, very nice shower, amenities. Large, silent room. One observation, we missed sockets close to the headboards of the beds. It was a good stay, it served our purpose, despite the spring mattress already showing wear, but it wasn't a major problem because the room had 3 single beds (the configuration of 1 double bed plus 1 single bed was not available at the time that we reserve We will certainly be back. The region is central and therefore requires care when traveling.

Hotel very well located, close to São Paulo, the staff were very attentive. Mr Armando and Mrs Mari are super kind, I recommend them.

Reception not pleasant. Precarious facilities, bedroom window on the first floor did not lock, causing insecurity. It's one thing for the building to be old, it's another for it to be unmaintained.

The hotel is already in need of a good renovation. Besides, the furniture and bathroom are very old. The room I stayed in got my entire suitcase wet. Because the air conditioning dripped and got everything wet. Besides, the location is no longer very good to stay. Loud sound and lots of people on the street during weekends!!!

The location of the hotel was not conducive to quiet sleeping, there was a lot of noise from bars and parties in the area.

Hotel with large room and convenient location for what I needed. Good breakfast, included in the price. Parking available but paid separately.

Hotel is good, but it says there is a garage available and when we arrived there was no space. If you don't even sleep at night, be careful when staying close to Augusta. (lots of cards)
