It's okay, it's cheaper in Sao Paulo. It's close to the city, but the environment is completely different from the city. There are a lot of homeless people in this place, dirty and messy, the only bad thing about living here is fear and it's not very safe. But as long as you don't go out at night, it doesn't matter, the hotel is still safe. Sleeping at night is a bit noisy, and people outside seem not to sleep for 24 hours.
Overall it is good, but the external environment is not good, the hotel is located in a slum.

The hotel should be located in a slum, next to many tramps, and the surrounding environment is also poor. Sleeping on the road at night is very loud. I feel that they are not sleeping all night. The facilities are relatively old, but still relatively clean. Breakfast is also ok. If you want to be cheaper, close to the subway station, you can stay here.

Breakfast is OK, close to the subway, and convenient for travel. I have lived in this hotel before I came on a business trip. I have lived in this past and I don’t think it is convenient. I will choose again later.
