衞生和服務還是可以的，但房間的開關特別難找，桌子就是個玻璃平板桌，比較廉價而且不適合辦公。
早餐一般。
房間的床有點太軟了，睡得腰疼。

The sanitation and service are okay, but the switch in the room is particularly difficult to find. The table is just a glass flat table, which is relatively cheap and not suitable for office work.
Breakfast was average.
The bed in the room was a bit too soft and my back hurt when I slept there.

The hotel room is very poor, there are no toiletries, and I don’t know why the price is so expensive.

I didn’t like this hotel for one particular reason : hygiene (or lack of). The shower is full of mold, I left some pizza boxes outside my room for the past 48 hours and they are still there . The cleaning lady cleaned my room and left the wet shower mat out to dry... it’s soaking wet, it should be changed !!! I work in the best hotels for 10+ years and I know for a fact that this hotel is in the wrong direction, especially considering we are in a middle of a pandemic and that their occupancy is definitely below 50%, their priority should be housekeeping, yet I didn’t feel this during the stay. Management, you should make housekeeping your priority department ASAP...

Located in the center of the new city of Sao Paulo, the location is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the security is very good! The shopping Olympia and JK are very convenient!

The best of the hotel is the location, have a very nice shopping mall near by , excellent restaurant and many different options for fun.
