Hotel is close to Av. paulista suiting out needs, based on the rating and being an international hotel expected a better than actual experience. Bed was very comfy! The room was not cleaned well basically run down and needs renovation. A/C super loud but works welll. 10m pool was a good amenity but dirty water overall… The breakfast was pretty good and the best memories of the stay.
If you’re on a budget it’s okay, otherwise there should be better places.

Very old rundown rooms, need renovation (the wardrobe doors were broken). There are no English speaking staff.

The location is very good. The toilet is a big problem, not easy to use.

the room was big enough but full of noises, the air condition is noisy and started every 30 minutes 😑
windows not fixed and street sounds clearly was in the room , i cant sleep there after 14hours flight
the breakfast was ok
wc was too old and should be renewd
if you want to go there take this list with you
slippers , tooth brush and adaptors
