Very conveniently located if you fly into Congonhas airport, clean and well equipped. The breakfast rather modest by Brazilian standards but otherwise fine.

The hotel is very nice. Staff is attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable and spacious room. The one down side is the shower. They should really consider updating it. But other than that, it was a very pleasant experience.

Good hotel for overnight stay. The swimming pool is large but not heated. Breakfast is good. AC in the room was accompanied by a hole in the wall directly to the street, behind a door from wood composite. So street noise insulation was zero. Ask for a room, not facing the street - it is quite busy during the whole night. Shuttle to the airport is all right.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool but it was clean and comfortable.

The front desk was very welcoming, but the efficiency was low because there were too many people near the airport. The breakfast was quite simple and there was no change in the two weeks I stayed. The room facilities were a bit old and the hygiene was average. The planes taking off were a bit noisy, but everything else was OK.

Bathroom had a bad smell, and didn't seem to be very clean. Check in service a little slow. The breakfast is the only extremely positive point, as the food was excellent!

I liked the location and the accommodation too, but a lot of noise due to the location. The floors in the hotel corridors on the floors could be improved

Very good hotel for one night when you have an early morning flight to leave Congonhas. Very close to the airport and has a hotel transfer service.

Some important observations are made to improve service to your greatest asset, the customer! Upon arrival, the delay at check-in was inadequate, it took too long. When we arrived at the room, we noticed that the hallway had a very worn carpet and the walls and ceiling were in urgent need of renovation. In the room, everything was ok, except the toilet lid was loose and I put it back in place myself. So far, everything was acceptable, only when I needed help to fix the lamp in the room that went out and also the cable TV signal that disappeared! I'm waiting until now! Other than that, everything is fine.

The Hotel is close to Congonhas Airport. Attentive staff and a good breakfast.
