Good hotel

The room was clean, big enough 31m2 and comfortable. I liked the amenities from l'occitane. There is a kettle so you can have coffee and tee in the room. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and shower cabine, very practicle. I expect more in the gym, it was pretty small. There is a shopping mall close to the Hotel

The hotel is ideally located for business travel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of some rooms is slightly poor, and they may be disturbed by outside noise at night.

Check in eficaz, quarto limpo ( o primeiro e mais importante item da minha lista ) , silencioso ( 14 andar- de frente para rua ) , cama confortável, chuveiro bom, room service ótimo ( prato estava gostoso e quente), cafe da manha bom, valet rápido. minha segunda estadia e continuará sendo minha opção para estadia nesta região. no geral : Excelente ! Recomendo !

Efficient check in, clean room (the first and most important item on my list), quiet (14th floor - facing the street), comfortable bed, good shower, great room service (dish was delicious and hot), good breakfast , fast valet. my second stay and will continue to be my option for staying in this region. Overall: Excellent! I recommend !

Excellent stay at Pullman, here is why:  - At the reception, Victor went above and beyond to get me a room with double bed and an early check in - Douglas, the portier, pas exceptionally kind and took care of my luggage while my room was made ready - Also Gabriel at the Bar was far too kind and made me feel at home Congrats to the team and see you next time!

The staff has been very helpful throughout the dining process, especially Marilia, she ensures all the details are perfect. Will come back for sure! Food is amazing and the ambiance is probably the best in the district around. It is highly recommended for business travellers.
