Nice hotel, I liked it, it was just very crowded. The elevator takes a while, the restaurant is expensive. And the location in the center is dangerous.

Apenas o atendimento da recepção que não foi bom , deixaram esperando quase 2 horas para me liberar o quarto .

For those who are looking for a hotel in the centre of SP, this may be an option, but don't leave to stay without prior reservation, the value of the balcony is extremely high. I recommend high, mainly because of the lift competition, delayed due to the high demand for staff in shopping on March 25 and Brás. Breakfast is much more or less. Careful walking around the region, it's dangerous, I always recommend Uber, taxi or any vehicle.

The breakfast in the second floor is closed at 9:00 without prior notice, at the reception they guide that the coffee goes until 10:00, but they don't specify that it is only in the first floor, the staff were super badly educated generating a general revolt of all who were in the environment, if you want a water you have to take off in the hotel bar that has not only a staff member for the bar and you need to stay waiting for someone to come to attend, the beds are comfortable , breakfast has few options and how amazing it seems the orange juice is charged the part, the bathrooms are well old, in short, it is not worth the price that is paid for the daily. 

There were many people from other states at the check-in, apparently people who came to buy goods to sell in their home states, so I gave up, went lunch and returned later. There was still a dirty towel from the previous guest, excellent cleaning staff. Breakfast tired, but equal every day, can improve very without great investment.
