The hotel is in an extremely good location. Close to the supermarket, bars, bakery, pharmacy. The food at the hotel is great and so is the accommodation. One point that I would like to report that was not good is that the air conditioning was not freezing, but ventilation was good and the climate in SP was cold, so it makes up for it.

Bad gym, old room with poor cleaning, breakfast with few options, no professional hairdryer in the rooms and the loan of the professional hairdryer is only for 30 minutes (it is not possible to program the loan). I do not recommend.

This is the 3rd Mercure I've used in the city of SP and they're all terrible! Nothing compared to the excellent Mercure hotels I'm used to in other cities - example Mercure Lourdes in BH Small rooms, horrible bedding, synthetic pillows, terrible breakfast, non-existent gym, etc. These from SP are an insult to the excellent Mercure brand. They should all be renamed.

I would like to inform you of my bad experience with this hotel. Before arriving at the hotel, I tried to call the reception several times to request information, but they did not answer the phone. The calls went straight to Accor's general phone number, where they didn't know how to provide the information I needed. With no other option, I went to the hotel. The receptionist was very unfriendly and informed me that I would not be able to enter the room, even if I paid the advance payment. So I stayed at the reception waiting for an available room. I spent about two hours waiting on the hotel sofa. Apparently some rooms were ready for new guests, but even so, the receptionist didn't call me. But the receptionist started checking in guests who arrived at the hotel after me. Only when I asked, they made a room available to me, even so, in a very unhelpful way. I arrived at 1:20 am with a reservation made more than 10 days ago and the hotel overbooked. I spent hours trying to find another hotel, which ended up being too far away, as I had commitments early in the morning. Ridiculous and amateur

Firstly, the hotel is never worth the daily price they charge, an old and simple hotel! Comfortable room, but with old facilities and not good acoustic insulation from street noise. Expensive and bad restaurant food, super basic breakfast. Polite employees. I only stayed because it was close to an event I was participating in, but I won't be going back.

O hotel é maravilhoso e superou nossas expectativas, o quarto super completo com área de closet e o chuveiro excelente. A área de roof top e academia é super completa. O único ponto ruim foi a experiência no restaurante, comida péssima, nos sentimos enganados pelos valores e o que recebemos. Os risotos pareciam feitos de purê, virou um arroz papado com molho estranho, o caprese veio com uma mussarelq de búfala apenas de enfeite por cima e a cada garfada pegava 3 tomates secos.

Cheguei dia 14 de Junho e estava o caos por causa de um evento, somado à falta de simpatia de alguns hóspedes com as atendentes; porém eu realmente fiquei surpreso com a competência e capacidade das meninas da recepção; mantiveram a calma, a ordem e contornaram a situação. Fora isso a minha estadia (de 14 a 17 de junho) fomos excelentemente atendidos pela recepção, pelos seguranças, pela equipe da cozinha e por toda equipe do Hotel. Nota 10. Voltaremos sempre.

Hospedagem Maravilhoso os quartos limpos confortável no quarto tem chaleira chás, refrigerante ,água café da manhã excelente, as repecionista Maravilhosas.. atenciosas. Adorei a localização, Shopping perto. Voltarei com certeza ❤️
