Fiquei no Apto. 24 com a família e foi uma das piores experiências de estadia na minha vida !! Apartamento antigo, e tudo velho e sujo. Paredes sujas, banheiro velho e com cheiro forte. Os carpetes velhos e com aparência de sujo. O ar condicionado antigo e cheio de pó !! Sem condições de ligar. Parece que não entrava ninguém há meses no apartamento. A localização é excelente e recepção bem atenciosa que foram os pontos positivos. Só isso. Só fiquei uma diária. As fotos não condizem com a realidade do apartamento. Nunca mais.

A localização é muito boa e o bairro com muitas opções como mercado, restaurantes, porém o apartamento que fiquei é bem antigo e mal cuidado. Móveis e piso em péssimo estado de conservação. Quem tem problema de rinite não venha. A sensação é que tá bem sujo. Ar condicionado antigo e lotado de pó .. tive que limpar o filtro. O banheiro tava com mau cheiro. Não sou chato, mas achei bem mal cuidado. Como vou ficar somente uma diária até passa, mas não voltaria novamente não. Na chegada já tive uma surpresa com o estacionamento terceirizado fechado e tive que deixar o carro na rua. Na reserva não informam isso.

Não indico esse hotel para ninguém. Quarto espaçoso mas bem antiquado. O hotel tem uma administradores péssima que se chama 360, com atendentes mal educados e abusados. Qualquer coisa que você precise no hotel tem que ser solicitado à administração, inclusive para trazerem 1 rolo de papel higiênico. A pia do banheiro está entupida desde o dia que cheguei e solicitei que desentupissem desde o primeiro dia e até hoje (terceiro dia) não veio ninguém. Desde as 9:15 da manhã solicitei rolo de papel higiênico e até o momento (15:30) não me trouxeram. Hotel bem localizado, mas a administração é péssima. Não indico de forma alguma esse hotel.
