Comfortable but small room. The hotel is 2 minutes from the nearest metro station so it has great links to get across the city. Breakfast was good. Take care outside the hotel as the surrounding streets done feel that safe. It took 25 minutes to check in

The room and service are both satisfactory! Every day I took my thermos to the restaurant on the first floor to ask for agua caliete, haha, and then the people in the restaurant knew me... Later, I didn't need to ask what I wanted to drink when I went to eat, they just told me. The weather was not good in the first few days, it rained every day, but the weather was good on the last day, I went out to see a few museums and squares, it was pretty good! If I have the chance, I will consider staying here again.

Worst stay I've ever had in my life. Shower broken, drain didn't go down. Bathroom flooded and wet the room. Room does not have a telephone and the only means of contact is WhatsApp, but they do not respond. The reception staff ignored the problems, they just suggested changing the room, which was a smaller room than the one I had paid for! Terrible!

Although the location is not as favorable as it is in the central region, the hotel is very safe. It has security at the door and a recessed area for boarding and disembarking. Another positive point is the large garage and super careful valets. I am a frequent guest at the hotel and leave my car with peace of mind. Regarding the facilities, they are super new, clean and comfortable.

The toilet flush wouldn't turn off, and the window had to be propped against something to open.

This hotel. What can I say? I don't recommend it. It's mainly because there is a subway station and a large market nearby. The staff is complicated and a bit messy. I don't dare to go out for a walk at night. But there is a Chinese restaurant nearby, the taste is okay.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience. Starting with the reception, which got our names wrong twice on the guest sheet, at midnight a couple entered our room, it was an embarrassing situation that generated fright and terror. Finally, at breakfast the orange juice was spoiled. Furthermore, the place is very dangerous to swim on foot.

Well located, close to March 25th (we even went on foot), close to Luz station and very close to Brás.

The hotel is in the city center and everyone I know locally has informed me that the environment is dangerous. Similarly, hotel prices are more expensive than other platforms. After successfully placing the order, I immediately discovered that the twin room was different from the double room. I contacted customer service to change the order. After three days of making the change, I was told that even the hotel staff could not be contacted.

The room is okay, but there are no slippers, no hot water bottle, no toothpaste and toothbrush. It's very close to the subway station, but it's in the city center. It's very dangerous nearby. You can only take a taxi to get around.
