Nice ! Nice ! Nice! Nice !

Although the hotel's location in the city center is good, access and parking are difficult for this reason. Otherwise, the hotel is good and has very affordable prices. I recommend it.

Excellent location and room size. Everything was clean and service at the hotel was friendly and efficient. Amenities were very good but such a good hotel deserved another level of bath and shower products. Great to have a coffee machine and kettle at the room. Great balcony.

Hotel in the city center. A little shabby, but good for one night. We were by car, when we arrived there were no free parking spaces, we had to park on the street for a fee. We got a room with a stunning view of the fortress and the city.

Excellent location. Employee Renato Faustino extremely friendly and attentive, spectacular service. However, the rooms have some deteriorated elements and need a little renovation.

Excellent hotel, excellent value for money

Excellent, very good, I liked it, it was an incredible experience, I recommend it.

The reception employee at the Hotel Stay Torres Vedras called me at one in the morning to my room,!!to find out if I was at the hotel and which agency I had made the reservation with!! According to him, his colleague from the previous shift had not informed him correctly! I asked if she didn't think she should have woken up the colleague to clarify, instead of the client. No reply! As I had to get up at six in the morning to go to work, between the shock and irritation, I couldn't rest!! I don't think this could ever happen. Send an email to torresvedras@stayhotels.pt, looking for some explanation, no response so far! What seemed like an episode of employee ineptitude is, after all, the brand of the house!  There was no explanation and demonstration of respect for the customer, which was necessary, especially since they are the ones who pay the salaries of the Hotel Stay Torres Vedras employees!

Pleasant for one night, good location.

The hotel is nice enough but don’t expect too much. Our room (205) was spacious and had a lovely terrace with some very poor choice of furniture making the terrace rather an uninviting area. Our room was not cleaned properly - there were bits and spots on the carpet, and plenty of hair from previous guests in the bathroom that one could start making up a wig. The condition of maintenance of the room was lacking too and no thought seems to have been put into how to make the stay more practical ( no USB ports, no sockets near the bed to charge mobile phones, etc) The hotel has potential but it feels like the management ‘just doesn’t care’ that much. Fire doors were kept open on the first floor. Basic breakfast in terms of choice but a real positive: an espresso machine which made proper coffee. Sound insulation in the room was pretty poor too - you just have to hope for quiet neighbours.

This hotel was in the middle, the absolute middle, of Carnival. What fun! Raquel helped us from checking in, recommendations of where to go and eat, where to get a cheap Carnival costume, and what to expect with the mass of people at the front door. Oh, the breakfast buffet was excellent, the room excellent.
