Fiquei extremamente chateado pois fiz reserva para dois adultos (minha esposa e eu) e também para meu filho de 12 anos. Chegando no hotel me cobraram 300,00 reais a mais pelo meu filho, sendo que informei sobre ele na reserva pelo TRIP e paguei pela hospedagem dele. Me senti enganado.

Estou avaliando apenas o pós atendimento. Estou desde o dia 17/10 tentando contato pois deixamos uma necessaire com objetos e perfumes, foi encontrado ligaram para avisar porém desde então não respondem ou atendem o tel. Liguei de outro tel atenderam e depois pararam de atender novamente. Mensagem do WhatsApp não respondem também.

O lugar é lindo, aconchegante, a praia é maravilhosa. Café da manhã é bom. A piscina é ótima, tem uma jacuzzi muito convidativa. A acomodação apto é um caso a parte, muito espaçosa, da para ficar em família tranquilo. Tem cozinha se precisar, só precisa ser mais equipada. Mas é tudo muito lindo.
