There were so many ants in the room🐜, especially in the bathroom. They would come out on the towels and on the counter from time to time. It made my scalp numb. The Wi-Fi in the room was also very poor. The signal was very weak while sitting on the bed, so I had to use my own 5G.

We had a great experience. The room was clean comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with many fresh selections. The pastries were so good. Location was very close to everything but quiet which we loved.

Bereits das dritte Mal durften wir in diesem Hotel übernachten. Aich in diesem Jahr ist die Leistung hervorragend gewesen. Das Frühstück von 8 bis 10 Uhr ist qualitativ hochwertig. Erstaunlich guter Automatenkaffee, Rührei, verschiedene Arten von Semmeln, Wurst, Gemüse, Obst, Joghurt, verschiedene Fruchtsäfte, Cornflakes, Müsli, Nutella, Marmelade, Honig, süße portugiesische Spezialitäten (sehr empfehlenswert). Wirklich für jeden was dabei. Das alles wird von einer Perso gehandelt. Die junge Dame macht das so hervorragend. Alles wird ultraschnell aufgefüllt. Leer gibt es hier nicht. Man merkt, dass sie das schon länger und mit soviel Liebe macht. Immer wieder schade, wenn die Zeit vorbei ist. Die Zimmer sind praktisch, aber auch ich übergroß. Platz könnte für manche mit Kind zum Problem werden. Für uns ausreichend, da man ja eh selten im Hotel ist. Alles sehr sauber, alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Bei einem medizinischen Problem wurde sofort geholfen. Parken eher schwierig, da nur 2 kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung stehen. Neben dem Hotel öffentlicher Parkplatz mit 5 Euro Gebühren pro Tag. (Hauptsaison, Nebensaison 3 Euro)

Our second year staying at the excellent Marina Rio, the hotel is clean and elegant with a minimalist style in the shared areas. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, The rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and equipped with all the essentials, safe, fridge, WiFi and comfortable beds. The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the fabulous town of Lagos. We are already planning to return for a third time in 2025.

Perfect little hotel, so so clean. Staff are very friendly. The room is small but immaculate & it’s so quiet. There’s a small roof top pool,and it’s not too cold it’s a perfect temperature. There’s also a roof terrace with the most amazing views of Lagos & over looking the marina. Breakfast is ample it consists of pastries, boiled or fried eggs, rashers ( bacon ), breads,juices, youghurt etc: we would recommend this hotel & we will be back. There a car park to the side of hotel which costs €3 per day to park coming & going as you please you don’t have to pay again.

Si seulement tous les hôtels pouvaient avoir cette qualité. Gentillesse du personnel, propreté, calme, localisation et petit déjeuner complet. Rien à redire. Le seul problème est l'accès aux trois parkings en sous sol. Je conduis depuis 50 ans et j'ai eu la peur de ma vie. Avant de réserver allez voir la configuration des lieux.

This is a wonderful small hotel set across the road from the Marina and within a short walk of all the restaurants and shops of Lagos. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful on our arrival, and gave us some wonderful restaurant recommendations with a detailed map . On the 4th floor is a beautiful sun terrace with gorgeous views over the marina and surrounding area.. on the opposite side of the 4th floor is a small pool and further sunbeds. We had a room facing the Marina which was lovely.. the opposite rooms face the Bus Station , so if possible try get Marina view room. Spacious bedroom with Balcony.. Bathroom fine with large walk in shower and toiletries provided . Would stay again and would recommend.
