On site, I had to pay in cash because they did not allow any other means of payment. At the same time, the booking reservation was canceled by the establishment although it was honored. I therefore asked for a receipt after payment and nothing was given to me. I asked at least 4 times for a receipt or an invoice via WhatsApp (at the number with which I was contacted by the establishment) but NOTHING. The question is ignored. Some messages are read and remain unanswered. (While before paying they were very responsive by message). Regarding the room, I wasn't expecting luxury for nights at 20 euros. However, the room is filled with humidity (to the touch and smell + traces of humidity on the walls). Some of our clothes were sweaty. Another point and not the least, there is no hot water in the shower. At best, I was treated to a few seconds of lukewarm water. I also raised the problem several times by message but nothing was put in place to resolve the problem. It seems to me that hot water is not a whim, it is a minimum. The walls are made of cardboard but that didn't stop me from sleeping. Other than that, the establishment is quite clean. In short, for the price, we don't expect a palace and we aren't being too picky, but in this case, the customer service clearly leaves something to be desired and basic needs (hot water, humidity problem) not satisfied.
