The room was big enough, but the bathroom smelled bad. The AC is very strong. WIFI rarely ever worked. Parking at front is limited if you arrive after 9pm. Rooms outside were very noisy so we were often woken up throughout the night. No shampoo or soap provided in the bedroom. 20-25 minute walk from old town. Close to most beaches in the area, but better to drive than walk.

Room, normal, the bed somewhat uncomfortable. The bathroom with a lot of humidity, with an extractor that made a huge noise. In addition, the bathroom was in the middle of the corridor, passing through where the rest of the tenants pass. The bathroom was private "yes" but we wish this had been detailed in the ad. Because we reject better offers for not having a private bathroom.
Although, if this is not an inconvenience for you, for the price you pay it is not bad.
The location of the accommodation is very good. Near the port.

It was a nice stay at Ocean's 7, calm and easy. The kitchen was basic but nice to use. To walk in the city we needed 15 to 20 min.

We are locals, living 20 minutes from Lagos and were trying to look for accommodation for a friend who need it, however we made the mistake to confirm it on the wrong dates, then after 5 minutes we cancelled it and nobody had the decency to update the state, to reply our messages or anything. They charged the total amount. We tried 5 times to talk with someone from the property via WhatsApp and e-mail, they never replied but said that *********** charged the money, not them, which was not true since we received 4 e-mails from the site explaining that the property charged and considered the booking like nothing happened. Because of all what I mentioned before, the lack of respect and reliability, we write this so people can be aware of the type of management behind this Guest House. We would prevent future people who ask us for tips about accommodation to come to this place, for sure. Not friendly, not reliable, not recommended.

On site, I had to pay in cash because they did not allow any other means of payment. At the same time, the booking reservation was canceled by the establishment although it was honored. I therefore asked for a receipt after payment and nothing was given to me. I asked at least 4 times for a receipt or an invoice via WhatsApp (at the number with which I was contacted by the establishment) but NOTHING. The question is ignored. Some messages are read and remain unanswered. (While before paying they were very responsive by message). Regarding the room, I wasn't expecting luxury for nights at 20 euros. However, the room is filled with humidity (to the touch and smell + traces of humidity on the walls). Some of our clothes were sweaty. Another point and not the least, there is no hot water in the shower. At best, I was treated to a few seconds of lukewarm water. I also raised the problem several times by message but nothing was put in place to resolve the problem. It seems to me that hot water is not a whim, it is a minimum. The walls are made of cardboard but that didn't stop me from sleeping. Other than that, the establishment is quite clean. In short, for the price, we don't expect a palace and we aren't being too picky, but in this case, the customer service clearly leaves something to be desired and basic needs (hot water, humidity problem) not satisfied.
