Next time I go to Sapa, I will book here again. I arrived early in the morning on a sleeping bus, and was greeted kindly and allowed an early check-in. Thanks to that, I was able to conveniently leave my luggage and start a pleasant Sapa travel itinerary. Breakfast was also included, and it had a variety of dishes, and it was made right away, so I ate warm rice noodles and it was delicious. And a person with a kindness and smile, which is rare in Vietnam, greeted me to see me off. The plan was to leave on a sleeping bus, but the bus that picked us up seemed to be a little late. The manager(?) called the sleeping bus company and went with them to the square. He told me that it would be a little late and returned to the accommodation together, and saw me off with a smile until the moment I left. He was such a nice person with such a positive mind that it was hard to meet someone like him again in Vietnam! And when we left, my husband and I were so touched that they provided us with bottled water and snacks..ㅠㅠ Early check-in without additional charge/friendly and positive staff/delicious breakfast thanks to this place, When I think of Sapa, I think of a place I want to visit again and a pleasant travel destination. I was really, really thankful. I'll go again next time! Please stay until then~

Really good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

Hotel's location is ok, near the church - center of Sapa town. But the street is too noisy and there are cars go by all the time. Staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the bellboy (or security, idk), helped us a lot. Receptionist was also helpful, except the guy on night shift. He was kinda rude to us. We arrived at 6 AM, which I certainly understand that we can't check in right away. But as he said ”We have room available, but please come back at 2PM to check in”. His face was so serious so we didn't ask anything more. However, the staffs at the next shift was very friendly and lovely, so we had a nice stay. Room was ok and clean, with a nice mountain view. Breakfast was also good. Although we didn't have a good impression at first, Azure hotel is a good choice for you in Sapa :)

About 5 minutes walk to Sun World Plaza for buying cable trip to Fansipan Mountain 3,143 meters. Thanks for the upgrade since the first night so we finally stayed for 3 nights. Very good room with luxury look although not brand new. To enter the front door, you need to walk for more than 10 steps down the staircase. Fast elevator. Electronic key card. Everything was good during our stay. They only took the photo of my passport when I checked in without keeping it like in the past in other hotels in Vietnam. Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

Das schlimmste Hotel auf unserer Reise in Vietnam. Die Zimmer sind optisch ganz OK, aber veraltet ,was nicht schlimm ist. Aber was richtig ekelig ist, ist der Geruch in den Zimmern und der Schimmel der sich überall befindet. Alles feucht in den Zimmern. Die Decken, die Kissen, die Vorhänge. Es ist sowas von widerlich, dass ich niemanden empfehlen kann hier zu übernachten. Wenn jemanden seine Gesundheit wichtig ist, dann bitte gebt etwas mehr Geld aus und spart nicht am falschen Ende!!! Es ist einfach so ekelhaft hier. Das ist wirklich schade. Die Bilder von den Zimmern, wurden definitiv bearbeitet oder nach der Fertigstellung des Hotels gemacht! Ich kann nur abraten!

The room we booked was a premium room with a Mountain View and balcony, it was a bit more expensive but the views and overall quality of the room was definitely worth it. Clean rooms and good quality facilities in the room. Unfortunately we felt it was slightly let down by some of the staff and would have expected more from a 4 star, especially after paying a higher amount. It felt as though staff were generally disinterested and often hesitant to help with questions. We had a long wait after checking out and got told we couldn’t order any drinks when sitting in the lobby despite their being drinks menus out on the tables. Additionally we had an issue with our toilet which was unusable and, despite being told ‘one moment’ after contacting reception and then having the phone put down, were left waiting over an hour. We had to go downstairs and remind them of the room number and felt were generally met with a hesitance to help. We also asked twice about booking a taxi in advance to Lao Cai station to arrive for a scheduled train. They couldn’t give us a definitive price, like most would, and it also seemed like an inconvenience that we had asked to book one in advance. Eventually we were told one would be booked for us but, when we arrived to wait, the staff again seemed to not be aware of the booking. It was all a little awkward. One member of the staff was lovely and helpful, but unfortunately we feel was let down by her colleagues. Overall a perfect hotel for location, comfort and views but staff dampened the experience.

We spent a wonderful, very comfortable night at the Sapa Vista Hotel overlooking the beautiful valley and rice terraces. Food and service is excellent, in house massage was amazing and the location perfect! We definitely will come back to Sapa but next time we will stay much longer to explore this beautiful location and kind local people. Thank you for the memories!

We arrived on the overnight train from Hanoi, they new our train arrived early morning as they arranged the transfer driver for us. Arrival welcome was luke-warm. No welcome drink, no orientation. We asked if we could check in early as we had traveled overnight. The people who had our room before us were checking oyt as we arrived at 9am. However they made no effort to prepare our room early for us and told us we have to wait until 3pm! We booked the family bungalow as we wanted more space. It's basically 2 rooms with a double bed in each., A tiny inside seating area with a 2 seater sofa and a tiny balcony with 2 chairs on it - how are ytou going to accommodate a family! Beds were comfy and the place is clean. The breakfast is very westernised which was a real shame. Whilst it is called an Eco-lodge everything is wrapped in plastic. The best rooms seemed to be the 5 doubles to the side of the pool. Location is great with lovely scenery. I don't think it offers good value for money versus other options in Vietnam

We really enjoyed our stay in Eco Palms House. The food is delicious, the cocktails too, the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well cared for. We stayed in a bungalow with views to the rice fields. The bungalow inside was very well decorated and well maintained. This can be the perfect accommodation for a honeymoon. Unfortunately both my husband and me noticed a bit of a pain in the back due to the mattress resting on wooden logs on the floor. I have however decided to give it five stars because the accommodation is certainly outstanding and perhaps this is just that we are used to our foam mattress at home. I would also recommend reviewing the price of the massages as it’s considerably more expensive that anywhere else we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Great location to do activities and hotel has their own transport to take you to Sapa town centre. We would definitely go back. Thank you very much for everything
