This hotel provides excellent services in cleaning, breakfast, and parking advices. It was so satisfying when I come back to the hotel room after some tiring traveling because all the beds' linens were freshly changed and the bathroom was cleaned as well.  it was also very convenient that the subway station of Toho line is right in front of the hotel. Overall, the experience in this hotel was exceedingly good. I strongly recommend this place for your travel to Sapporo.

Basically it is a good hotel but laundromat is limited (washing machines are always occupied)

Great location with lots of food options around! Staffs were friendly and helpful. Although some might not speak perfect English, they’ll try their best to help with any questions you have. Be aware if you drive tho~ parking is not free and it’s kinda hard to find a parking spot around (coz it considered as city central). Overall a great place to stay with breakfast buffet provided!

Everything was great, clean. Staffs were very helpful. We had to find clinics nearby and they helped calling the clinics that were open at that time. Highly recommended

I've been impressed with this chain since my Nagoya trip. This time I'll go again and I'm not disappointed. Comfort Hotel Sapporo Susukino. This hotel has more facilities than many other hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are quite spacious. There's breakfast service. The café has a library theme. In addition to breakfast service, there's free tea, coffee, and drinking water until midnight. There's a free ice maker with glasses, a washing machine, extra pillows that you can request, and a free automatic luggage storage machine. It's easy to use: set a code, take the bag strap, and turn the key.

It's right in front of Exit 5 of Hosuisukino Station, so it was convenient to go anywhere. In the evening, you can get to the city center with just a short walk, and it's convenient to go to the station, and the breakfast is good, and the room is really comfortable. We had a standard twin room, so there were two beds. The beds were surprisingly wide, and we could move them so we could use them together. There's a bathtub in each bathroom, and the heater was warm. I recommend it for its cost-effectiveness + location + atmosphere.
