Good location and front counter services are good. Complained about the mattress's spring making alot of noise when sleep on, they changed immediately. Instead of changing room, they changed the mattress from next door. Front counter manager is very helpful to searched for a clinic for us.

Not far from JR Sapporo station and TV Tower. I love the buffet breakfast which has lots of selections.

Air conditioning very noisy. Some minor refurbishment would be nice. Still, fair price for the accommodation.

Hotel staff are kind and helpful. This hotel is very near to Odori park Subway Station, walking about 10min, The convenient store 7-11 is just beside the hotel, and many shopping Mall is just walking distance within 10 min. My family has a nice stay here and we definitely will come back again when we next visit Hokkaido.

It’s a hotel with tiny rooms, not suitable for more than 2 guest per room. It’s room sizes are not for big guys. There’s hardly space to move around within the room if you try to fit in 2 or 3 persons.

It’s so so. Only stayed 2 nights as no other hotel available during out trip.

The location was quite convenient as it was not far from the Sapporo station, so it was very easy to get around by train and bus. The room was quite small but I guess it was expected considering the price. I misplaced the room key (old fashioned key, not a card key) and although the hotel charged me JPY5,500 for the lost kay, they refunded it back to me after I found the key later. I have to also mention the buffet breakfast. It was only JPY1,500 per person but it was excellent and a real value for money! We usually don't eat breakfast at hotels but I'm glad we did this time.

Overall it was good. Location was perfect as it is close to subway stations.

Access anywhere. Near JR Train Station and Daimaru and I prefer their breakfast there. They still remain their breakfast menu. Yes, I’m repeat stay here again after 8year again. Great！
