Room not maintained. Fan regulator not working. Ac remote not working. Geyser not working. No one was there to address the complaint. Breakfast was told to be complementary in booking but when i ask for breakfast thay told that it is limited to one order and has got exhausted as i ask for a tea in the morning. I ordered a soup which was very bad.

All about his service problems, not a professional way in hotel staff they are asking tips whenever bringing food.

We stayed there for one night. Hotel is good but the facilities are not up to 3 star level. Need to be improved a lot.

Horrible. I booked “super deluxe” in this kj international hotel. Nothing was super. Nothing was international. Room was stinky. The floor was dirty. The mirror was broken. The linen was soiled and torn. The fridge was not working and was stinking. The drainage was choked. I opened the window to enjoy the view, but a huge dustbin meant for the entire floor was already present to welcome me. The kettle was there, but was not working. Tv was there, but apparently, the management decided not to recharge dth connection. So the tv was as bad as not being there. The biggest problem was non-responsiveness by the front desk and house keeping even after repeated complains. Seems they had only one employee to manage the front desk 24x7. The only response i kept getting was that they are sending someone to look into it, but they never sent anyone. Even one bottle of water in room was chargeable, which is normally complementary in a decent 3 star hotel. The window ac was of low capacity. It took almost 5 hours to cool the room. There were fleas all around in the restaurant and the order was served after 1 hour and after reminding half a dozen times. The food quality was pathetic and was not worth the money i paid for.

There is no wifi. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not fresh. Bathroom is not okay.

If you are travel-ling for business or personal work to varanasi and want to be close to varanasi airport for a reason of short stay or avoiding city chaos, then it is not a great or a smart plan since hotels near airports are not good. K j international is sort of abandoned hotel by the owner and does give you a scary feelings because of many reasons, room quality is poor since i had to change two to three rooms to find a room which was not smelling because of dampness, dirty bed sheets, worn out walls, etc. However i was about to leave despite had already paid & then staff was decent to provide us another room which i would define tolerable to spend a night. Staff however was very decent and helpful so to counter my situational desperation. You can stay at varanasi city as it does not take more than 35 to 49 minutes to reach city hotels wherein you can have many choices. The very basic of requirement for staying at any hotel is cleanliness, infrastructure & then come amenities. Some how every city which i have traveled have decent hotels near airport somehow varanasi airport is left out in this case. Best option is to take hotel on outskirts of city in case your visit is short or other work except for religious purposes.

It was pathetic room. No cleanliness. No security. Worst experience ever.
