The hotel is large, but the first floor is too noisy, like a busy city. The waiter's attitude is very bad. He discriminates against Chinese people. The room he opened for me was not the same as the one I ordered. After some explanation, he changed my room. He also insisted on pressing my passport. When we refused to do so, he threw our passports and was very angry.

The hotel room was big, clean, and bright, with lots of space to move around. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was really clean. It felt great to stay in such a fresh and tidy place.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel.
However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

Non merita la sosta se non per una notte in transito aeroportuale. Grande hotel in ex villaggio olimpico. Stanze ampie ma spoglie e con scarsa pulizia. Al piano terra bar e ristorante di scarsa qualità. Ovunque puzza di fumo di sigarette. Camerieri poco professionali e receptioniste scortesi

Balkan Turu boyunca kaldığım en kötü oteldi. Zaten otele girer girmez sanki pasaj içerisine giriyormuşsunuz hissine kapılıyorsunuz. Kargaşa hakim bu otelde. Personelleri kabaydı. Kaydınız alındıktan sonra pasaportunuzu da hemen vermiyorlar. Pasaportsuz dışarı çıkmak zorunda kaldım. Odaları da rahat değildi.
