The hotel is very good. The front desk is very considerate. The taxi service is very convenient.
Hygiene: clean
Facilities: Everything you need is there, even slippers
Environment: Larger than other hotels of the same level in Europe
Service: Needless to say, it’s so attentive.

This is my second time staying here. The first time was amazing as well. This hotel is in the perfect spot, everything is in walking distance. The hotel staff are all very kind and professional. They all also speak English. They have a massive amount of TV channels in various languages over 30 in English with movie channels to. Off site parking is a minute walk down the street and the guys that run it are also very good people. If you have never been here, you will likely want to stay longer then you planned. Sarajevo is a awesome place, I have been all through Bosnia the last couple weeks and it is a great country. Very good, warm and welcoming people everywhere I went.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The reception staff went over and above. They were very helpful and friendly. I stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was very good and the rooms were clean and modern. It was in the centre of Sarajevo near all the museums and old part of the city. 

Good location, right in the center of the old city, away from the attractions, eating, shopping is very convenient, basically walking to mess up, summer vacation people are a bit more troublesome.
