Great location at old town nice clean room but single bed a bit small , good breakfast selection which is included even not mentioned at times of booking.

It was a very cozy stay but I think it is ideal to offer breakfast before 8 am .

I only had two days in Sarajevo, so I specially booked a hotel in the old town. The location was extremely convenient and the hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was very good. But I don’t know why when our friend traveled, the hotel arranged a king bed and emphasized that this was the booking! After contacting Ctrip, I was transferred to a twin room the next day, but the room was even smaller. It’s really not worth the price! A room worth nearly a thousand dollars. Ctrip later refunded us 188 yuan. Choose carefully!

Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, and the smell in the corridor is wonderful. Hygiene: Neat and clean. I stayed for two consecutive days and were helped to clean and change bath towels during the stay. Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters away from attractions and restaurants that require check-in. Service: Don’t think twice when you come to Sarajevo, just stay here and you will definitely be satisfied. . The staff spoke English very well. There was no hot water kettle in the room. They made a call in the middle of the night and sent someone upstairs instantly. They also helped to call a taxi. It was the first time in more than two weeks in the Balkans that I felt like I had a four-star hotel with good value for money. Tips: We booked a stall on Ctrip that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price included breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.
