For those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia. For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops. The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot. I would stay again. 👍

Very bad service, very friendly to foreigners! My reservation included breakfast, but the front desk said with a straight face that it was not available! I had to communicate with Ctrip to confirm the breakfast. You didn't ask about breakfast, but they didn't tell you that there were hot dishes available for ordering, and the foreigners next to you could have them! The front desk seemed to owe them money! The air conditioner was broken in the 30-degree summer, and the toilet flushing needed to be adjusted constantly, otherwise the water would not stop flowing! The order at the door next to it was left for a day and a night and was not collected! It was disgusting to look at! Chinese tourists don't need to make reservations, there are more conveniently located hotels everywhere in the old city!

The room was great! I was amazed when I arrived at the hotel on the first day. I took a bus from the station directly to the hotel. I could find the route by checking Google Maps. The suite was super big, with a hall, two toilets, and a big master bedroom. The restaurant had a microwave and an induction cooker. If I stayed for a few more days, I could cook for myself. The whole hotel was very quiet, the breakfast was rich, and the front desk service was also superb. It was the best experience in Sarajevo.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, the corridor aroma is wonderful. Hygienic: clean and tidy, staying for two consecutive days, helping to clean and change bath towels in the middle. Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters from the attractions and restaurants that need to be punched in. Service: Don't think about coming to Sarajevo, just live here, absolutely satisfied. .
