We would have given more stars had it not been for the pitiful breakfast. Very clean hotel room, spacious, comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty bad, they didn’t even have good coffee. No toppings for the oatmeal not that I would have eaten it. Oatmeal looked like it was made 3 days prior and concreted in the serving pan. Hardboiled eggs taste like they’ve been cooked several days ago. Soggy breakfast sandwich that was half cold/ half warmed. No fresh fruit was served. They had yogurt, but only vanilla. If you don’t care about having the included breakfast, then you will enjoy your stay.

my stay at this hotel was very good and the staff was very accommodating. rooms were very clean and i was given everything i needed or asked for right away,. i was able to checkin very quickly and wasnt bothered by any of the staff during my whole stay there .

Great employees with customer friendly attitudes. The rooms were nice and well kept and the front desk employee Tonya is very easy to work with. She aims to please. I hope to visit again in the future

We stayed here for a week and it was a very nice hotel. It was quiet and the room was bigger than most other rooms we have stayed in before at other hotels. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area. Also they have a lovely lady named Wanda who works during breakfast hours. She is so sweet and friendly. I hope they give her a raise for her hard work and for doing her job above and beyond because she was excellent. I wish all hotels were this nice and clean.

Fine for a business stay however the free breakfast was horrible so not a selling point. Egg items were dry and crusty in the first day, no utensils, no yogurt the second day,

Previously very satisfied. This stay not so much. We were consistently told that the location was understaffed. Our refrigerator didn’t work and some of our groceries spoiled. By the third day, we finally got another refrigerator in the room. There was not enough towels. We washed our own towels and reused them. I think most of all the morning that we were checking out there was a staff meeting going on and I heard the supervisor tell the staff in attendance, please make sure that everything that they need is readily available because we don’t want to lose the contract with this company. Wowww!!!!! I will never be back to this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is great.

Did not replace the towels and did not empty the trash cans, I ask each day but it did not happen.
