The hotel room is very new, King size bed, breakfast is very good, they have their own private beach, providing free beach shelters and chairs.
But if you don’t drive, you must take a taxi to the city center. I don’t think it’s cheap at 15-20 euros a way. Therefore, if you don’t have a car, it is better to stay in the city center, where it is convenient to get to the bus station to Bule eye and Gjirokastra. In fact, there is a bus to the city center outside the hotel, which runs every 30 minutes and costs 2 euros per person, but it is still not convenient. 
If I had to choose again, I would choose a hotel in the city center. Of course, I also had a good experience in this hotel.

Struttura nuova e pulita a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia con inclusi ombrellone e lettini. Ottima colazione e personale molto gentile e disponibile a dare una mano quando necessario. Un po’ distante dal centro che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi, ma è l’ideale per stare lontani dalla confusione e dal rumore. Assolutamente soddisfatti!

Nytt hotell med service-innstilte ansatte. Kort vei til strand, hvor hotellet har avtale med de som driver utleie av solsenger så der ligger man gratis. Veldig fine og moderne rom, og fikk vask når vi ønsket det. Sentralt, men ikke midt i bykaoset, perfekt! Frokostutvalget kunne vært noe mer variert, og putene litt mykere, men ut over det er det lite å klage på.
Kommer gjerne tilbake! :)

Hello, The owner is very kind and helpful. In the absence of a taxi, he took us to the city center himself. Very clean and well-kept hotel, the service is good. The only downside is that the hotel is far from the center (about 2.5 km) and taxis are very rarely available in high season. Be careful, the hotel does not have a swimming pool, but this is not important given the quality of the beaches and the turquoise waters of Saranda.
