Отдыхали в августе, отель расположен на возвышении, поэтому к пляжу нужно спускаться по ступенькам. В принципе, если проживание в основном корпусе, то ступеней не так уж много и спуск-подъем в тени, деревья высокие создают тень. Если выбрать бунгало, то дорога к пляжу займет намного больше времени и ещё много подъемов. Мы бронировали вид на море. Совершенно не нужно переплачивать, так как море находится далеко от корпуса и вид боковой ,не особенно красивый !!! Номер хороший,среднего размера, балкон я бы назвала маленьким. В ванной комнате практически нет косметических принадлежностей:мыло, шампунь и всё!!! Территория большая, бассейнов 2, очень большие(один для взрослых,в котором тихо, нет музыки и анимации,рядом джакузи и всегда есть свободные места). Море очень понравилось! 10 баллов. Много места, мягкий песок, красивый вид на осторовок,шезлонги на достаточном расстоянии друг от друга , стоят на самом пляже и на лужайках в тени деревьев. Бар со перекусами и напитками на пляже есть. На территории так же есть кофейня около выхода из здания, но работает только с 13 часов. Для детей есть минизоопарк, павлины ходят по территории. Совсем не понравилась еда и то, что обед проходит только в открытом ресторане. Жарко в это время! Самим можно брать только салаты, а горячее, фрукты, сладости выдают с прилавка. Как в ковидные времена. В 5-ти звездочных отелях с едой всегда как-то получше должно быть! Напитки ждешь от официанта. Снизила оценку отеля из-за питания. Не нашла я среди еды вкусных блюд.

Het hotel ligt op ongeveer 20min van de luchthaven (Dalaman) wat ideaal is als je met kinderen reist, ook is het hotel niet al te groot en vind je snel de weg naar al het leuks dat het te bieden heeft. Je gaat je hier net snel vervelen. Het personeel is altijd enorm vriendelijk en zal jullie dan ook helpen in elke situatie je in beland ( goed of slecht). Voor het eten hier moet je ook niet vrezen, meer dan genoeg variatie door de verschillende thema’s die ze doen. Wil je toch wat chiquer gaan eten kan je altijd hun rooftop restaurants uit proberen! Ik garandeer je voor het uitzicht alleen wil je dit doen! Kortom ik beveel iedereen Tui Magic Life Sarigerme!

Wow! This place is absolutely awesome. This was booked as a last minute break and it’s truly been one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived the level of service at this resort was absolutely 5*. The food choices and quality was always top notch. The activities were varied, frequent and incredibly well ran - we loved the aqua-aerobics and the Kubb Viking Chess. And then to top it off there was amazing entertainment - the whole team were so talented and really really friendly. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. We’re already planning our return trip!

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, otelin konumu denize sıfır ve yumuşak kum plajı harika. Denizi sığ ve çok temiz. Yemek seçenekleri lezzetli, kokteyller özenle hazırlanmış. Çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gelmek istiyiruz. Tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler

Hotel tout en hauteur avec beaucoup d'escalier ( personnes agées s'abstenir ) , nous avions un bungalow tout en haut , assez compliqué au début pour grimper les centaines de marches très raides et en pierre pour y accéder ! Sinon , vu splendide , plage magnifique et propre , animation top , nourriture également, meme au restaurant de la plage , personnel agréable sauf la jeune qui faisait les crepes le matin (désolée d'en prendre 2 ) . Petit bémol pour le responsable du SPA imbuvable , ne disant jamais bonjour , du coup nous n'avons pas pris de massage .

We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel was in great shape and clean. The food was delicious with many choices. The beach is best for swimming in the morning, and windsurfing in the afternoon. The pool is also clean and great. The evening events were entertaining.

Thank you all so much to another fabulous holiday, so nice that we were recognised from last year, you all work so hard to ensure everyone the best holiday at your club, special thank you to Nisa from the coffee shop and bar excellent service, Melek thank you so much for our favourite room and the lady from guest service who pops up all around the club checking everyone is having a good time, was lovely to meet your daughter. Cannot fault this club if you want a magical holiday this is the club to come too
