honest review It says all inclusive but they charge you for everything! The beds by the beach -£150-250 from 10am to 6pm The so called restaurants - £35 pp The shops inside the hotel sell either very poor quality products or fake jewellery for example they claim the jewellery being tarnish free (stainless steel) it’s just cheap metal. The rooms are sooooooo bad the shower and bath are moldy and they do not replace your slippers of box of tissue ect.. Room service is PAID !! Can you believe it! This is not all inclusive mate. The main food hall is sooo boring same food every single day and dinner ends at 9pm they rush you out of there by taking all your plates even if you wanted to carry on eating you can’t. The staff are clearly not paid enough bless them they work such long hours and look so tired and miserable. You can’t expect people to be giving good service if you can’t look after your staff. Worst part. I saw a manager shouting at a life guard infront of me. How insensitive and rude to be belittling someone infront of guests. Shame. You need to do better. Treat your staff better how dare you think this is okay. The pools are sooooo cold and there sun beds are always dirty. There is ants and spiders everywhere. There is a zoo with DOGS!! Locked up in cages for long hours I saw no staff there! Animal cruelty is real!! This needs to shut down as soon as possible. Vegans, vegetarians and kids have basically no food. Alcohol is horrible & hot drinks are cold they give you cold coffee. I mean I could go on and on about how bad this place is for what they advertise for. Stay away. Will never visit again. The sea is awful no sand all stones. No one makes you feel special here they just want to rob your money with bare minimal. & there isn’t anything nice outside of the hotel either BORING.

Worse place we've stayed in Turkey. Rooms haven't seen any renovation for a long time. Room service is terrible, floors are always dirty. And the worse thing is that somebody scratched our car severely on the parking of this hotel and they don't even have the camera footage a available. Terrible place, showing more hostility than hospitality. After such a pleasant situation the receptionist who introduced himself as a hotel manager even didn't agree to refund ludicrous 150€ we've payed for two nights here. Turkish hospitality we've encountered here is remarkable! The best thing about that it's that this hotel is unique and every other hotel will be much better! Literally any other hotel.

This was our first time to Sarigerme, and we were delighted that it was only a 25 minute transfer from the airport. The Hotel was clean and very accommodating as we added a third guest to our room which we had informed the hotel about prior to our arrival. They said they could put an extra bed in the upstairs room or we could upgrade to the swim up room which we chose to do, as this had a double and twin beds in. We did not regret it as it made our holiday. All the staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the fact it was a small, quiet hotel, but only an 10 minute walk from the main area. The swim up rooms are mostly in the shade by 2pm, however, we never found it a problem to walk across to the sun beds on the opposite side of the pool which stayed in the sun until around 5pm. For us, this was fine as that was more than enough sun for the day and We never had a problem, getting three sunbeds together. The food was very good and priced similarly to places in town. We really enjoyed the fresh fruits and cheeses for breakfast too. Lovely, happy staff in the cafe area. No complaints about the hotel at all although Sarigerme was disappointing for us as we had hoped for a traditional Turkish village, but what we got was a main road full of neon signs and all the shops, selling rip-off shoes, handbags clothing etc. Great if that’s what you wanted, but not for us. The walk to the beach is uninspiring walking down a dirt road with broken pavements and no views, however, the beach was lovely (grey sand) and there were plenty of sun beds available in the L hotel area. I would recommend the 3 hour boat trip organised on the beach, which had lovely swim stops with great caves to swim into and at a reasonable price. The hotel didn’t seem to utilise its space well as both the large rooftops terraces were empty - possibly because it’s later in the season? All the rooms seemed to be occupied though at all times so I’m not sure why? I would love to go to this hotel again if we could move it to a different location!! Recommend going on the local minibus to Dalyan which is really beautiful and felt like a much more classy area with a lot more to see and do. Please move the L hotel here for the perfect holiday!
